In the heart of Provence and the Côtes du Rhône vineyard, this charming, fully-equipped, very sunny and bright new house awaits you for a friendly vacation. It is located just a few steps from the village center, where you will find all local shops (grocery store, bakery, café, restaurants, newsstand/tobacco shop …) and its location is ideal for exploring Provence!
The house is all on one level and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of:
- a spacious, bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a large terrace.
- a large master bedroom (king size bed 180 cm) with its own shower room and private toilet,
- 2 bedrooms with queen size beds (160 cm) with a bathroom (shower/bathtub) shared between the 2 bedrooms
In summer as in winter, you can enjoy a pleasant temperate temperature throughout the house, which is fully air-conditioned via a heat pump, with the temperature adjustable independently in each room. All bathrooms are equipped with towel warmers. Outside, you can enjoy a fully fenced private garden and its 6x4m pool (depth 150 cm) with safety cover and its large wooden deck with sun loungers and a pool house to spend enjoyable days swimming and relaxing. Charcoal BBQ available. You will also have access to the garage where you can store bikes and motorcycles.
Ideal for nature and tranquility lovers, this house is also perfect for cycling, hiking, or trail running enthusiasts due to its proximity to Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, and many iconic routes. . For wine lovers, you can visit the vineyards of Sablet, a large part of which is within walking distance from the house. You can also explore the vineyards of Séguret, Gigondas, Rasteau, Cairanne, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Beaumes de Venise, and taste the wines that make the region proud.
