About this villa rental
Charming villa of 150 m2 completely renovated.
Its location is perfect to discover the region, 5 minutes from downtown Porto Vecchio but away from the hustle and bustle. You can also easily reach the beautiful beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia or the Aiguilles de Bavella for those who prefer the mountain.
The garden of 2600m2 offers spaces for everyone, a playground with trampoline and ping pong, beautiful rocks typical of Corsica. You benefit from two terraces (about 100m2) including one under the trees. The heated swimming pool (except July/August and with a supplement of 100 euros for the periods from 04/10 to 06/30 and from 09/15 to 10/31) has a solarium equipped with deckchairs.
The villa consists of three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a bed of 160x200 and a third family bedroom with a 160x200 bed (possibility of two 80x200 beds) and two bunk beds, making 8 beds in total. Each room is air conditioned and has its own shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. All rooms are also equipped with a TV.
The fully equipped kitchen (including fridge with ice machine) is open on a living room of 70 m2 with fireplace. The house also has a scullery.
The neat decoration has been chosen to give you a holiday spirit and calm.
You can benefit from the beds made on arrival and the supply of linen for a fee of 30 euros per person.
The cleaning fee, which is mandatory, must be paid directly to the service provider. It amounts to 250 euros. If you wish, you can call on the same provider during your stay.
The deposit is 2500 euros
For the period of July and August, the rental must be from Sunday to Sunday

we were here for a week. It was wonderful. It's a beautiful house, the most beautiful we've been in for a long time.
The communication is perfect, all help is available, the location is a dream. Architecturally genial, ideal for cooking, relaxing and having a good time. Thank you

We spent a wonderful week in this house. It is very well equipt: kitchen has everything you could possibly wish for - including good kitchen knifes. great choice of board games - the mini table pool was a favorit with our youngsters. Lovely decoration and great grounds with the grand swimming pool.
Maybe to notice is that the bed's mattrasses are rather rigid.

We visited Villa Matchja with 3 generations - grandparents, parents (me) and young children. All of us loved our stay there. It was an ideal layout for our group with one bedroom on one side of the house, providing privacy for the grandparents, and the children’s and parents’ bedrooms on the other side. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms, also allowing for more privacy.
The kitchen is as well supplied with all the necessary equipment. And the air conditioners in all rooms were much appreciated.
Although there is not much of a view, the outdoor space was lovely and private. The landscaping was done very tastefully. And of course he children spent hours in the pool.
The manager was very professional and excellent at responding.
Overall, highly recommended!
