Luxury villa on 6000 m² of land in the heights of Porto-Vecchio located between sea and mountain, with views of the entire Gulf of Porto Vecchio.
The villa is located in a quiet residence of 5 villas, secure Residence, closed by a gate with Digicode.
All the rooms of the house have seen on the magnificent Gulf of Porto-Vecchio.
- On the ground floor :
a fully-equipped kitchen,
a dining room,
a living room with wood burning fireplace,
a toilet,
lingerie,
a master bedroom with queen-size bed, dressing room, television, WC, bathtub, walk-in shower
- upstairs :
A toilet,
bedroom 1 with 160 bed shower room, cupboards,
bedroom 2 with 160 bed shower room, cupboards,
bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, shower room cupboards,
bedroom 4 with 2 bunk beds in 90 cupboards,
3 of the bedrooms have sea views and 2 have access to the solarium
The kitchen and the living room overlook the 70 m² terrace on which you will find a living room, dining table, plancha area and which has access to the swimming pool by a secure barrier.
All rooms are air conditioned.

The house was just fantastic....the view breathtaking. Our three kids enjoyed the swimming pool all day, and with our friends we had unforgettable dinners in the wonderful terrace. Julien (our focal point) was incredibly kind and helpful! A staying to repeat!

Perfectly situated in the hills from Porto Vecchio and only a few minutes drive from the city, the house offers all amenities you look for renting a house.
The contact with the owner as well as with the contact person in the area was very friendly and given at any time.
Highly recommended without any constraint.
