Luxury villa on 6000 m² of land in the heights of Porto-Vecchio located between sea and mountain, with views of the entire Gulf of Porto Vecchio.
The villa is located in a quiet residence of 5 villas, secure Residence, closed by a gate with Digicode.
All the rooms of the house have seen on the magnificent Gulf of Porto-Vecchio.
- On the ground floor :
a fully-equipped kitchen,
a dining room,
a living room with wood burning fireplace,
a toilet,
lingerie,
a master bedroom with queen-size bed, dressing room, television, WC, bathtub, walk-in shower
- upstairs :
A toilet,
bedroom 1 with 160 bed shower room, cupboards,
bedroom 2 with 160 bed shower room, cupboards,
bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, shower room cupboards,
bedroom 4 with 2 bunk beds in 90 cupboards,
3 of the bedrooms have sea views and 2 have access to the solarium
The kitchen and the living room overlook the 70 m² terrace on which you will find a living room, dining table, plancha area and which has access to the swimming pool by a secure barrier.
All rooms are air conditioned.
On the other hand, the villa is ideally located from the different centers of attraction of Porto-Vecchio:
–Port and downtown Porto-Vecchio five minutes away
- Figari airport 20 minutes away

Très belle villa spacieuse qui correspondait à nos attentes (famille de 10 personnes).
La grande terrasse avec sa plancha est idéale pour les dîners, et la vue sur le golfe y est époustouflante!
Nous avons aussi apprécié la décoration intérieure et avons bien profité de le jolie piscine.
De plus, la situation géographique de la villa est vraiment idéale, car Porto-Vecchio est très facile d'accès, en quelques minutes.
Tout était parfait.

Très bon séjour dans cette villa aux beaux volumes et aménagements avec une vue magnifique. Accès porto vecchio et commodités très rapide . Par ailleurs très bien placée pour circuler aux alentours en évitant les bouchons
