Enjoy a luxurious stay in a bright, very quiet house located on a private street very close to downtown San Jose. The house is one block away form all the major highways that connect Silicon Valley to San Francisco, East Bay and Pacific Coast.
Bright and clean, the house has everything a traveler might need to enjoy San Jose. The house has 2 bedrooms, private bath with a shower, well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator. Living room has a comfortable sleeper couch that converts into a Queen size bed, it has a digital TV with over the air programming. WiFi is available throughout the house.
Also enjoy a spacious backyard with a patio under beautiful huge pine trees with reclining chairs to have a break after a long day and to bask in the afternoon California sun.
There is a nice park nearby for kids to play, golf practice range walking distance from the house, shopping area one block away and plenty of restaurants with a multitude of international cuisine options.
Our house is located on a private street that is shared with an elementary school. So it has a happy noisy ambience of children at play in the mornings and is very-very quiet after school hours.
The neighbors are extremely friendly and will be happy to chat with you if you have a moment to spare.

This little gem is in the perfect location for concerts, hockey games etc.. The house is cute and just right for 3-5 people. Very cute little yard. Quiet neighborhood. Loved it!!

Accessibility was easy, quiet neighborhood, kitchen appliances and utensils were top notch and the home was clean. I highly recommend it.
