I chose the place due to the location: Close to San Jose downtown, easy access to highways 87 , 101 and 280. Private unit , Spacious place with open layout. The apartment is two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each bedroom has lock with pin code, Very easy to contact with the very friendly host. Price is very good value over what I got. I glad that Alex took very seriously my review .He is nice person and I believe that he corrected what was wrong. I wish him good luck, I will try to book his place next time when I will be visiting San Jose

Description of the property advertised did not match reality: Parking problem, washer -dryer can not be used, no place to put clothe :no closet or dresser in the primary bedroom, in the primary bedroom was dirty bedsheets ,no blanket, disgusting mess in the nightstand, some towels with stains .Kitchen was a mess: dirty dishes in the sink, refrigerator full of the owners food ,no space for our food,. Overall property is not clean, some repairs are still going , but need to do a lot more to properly prepare property for renting. There is railroad just 20-30 feet away from the house and train passing late evening everyday. There is no any shop as grocery or cafe, restaurant at the walking distance.
