The front house features 3 bedrooms,2 fully tiled bathrooms, & 1,200ft. in the heart of downtown SJ. Enjoy a private porch, a spacious 16 ft × 22 ft front parking spot,& free street parking. Conveniently located near museums, SAP Center, SJ Convention Center, Rose Garden, SJC Airport (10 min), major tech companies (eBay, Adobe, Intel, Apple, SJSU), as well as restaurants, shops, & City Hall.
As dedicated owners, we ensure a high-quality experience for every guest, continuously enhancing the home for comfort and convenience. We want you to feel at home in a thoughtfully designed space. Our unit is part of a beautifully maintained, newly remodeled Craftsman home with new furnishings and appliances. Most floating furniture is intentionally chosen to minimize dust, creating a cleaner environment.

House was perfect for our needs and offered 3 bedrooms for privacy. The bathroom shower in the master is a bit small, but ok for our stay. Nice amenities available like coffee, hair dryer, soap and shampoo, q-tips with a very convenient design.

Great property with a good central location. Was very convenient to the SAP Center and a nice base camp to explore surrounding area including Santa Cruz and San Francisco.
