You cannot have showers at the same time in both bathrooms, but that was ok.

The facilities were perfect for our one night stay, well equipped and clean and tidy, we had a lovely welcome from João and we were very well looked after, the courtyard has a lovely seating area and theres a very pretty outlook over the surrounding countryside, we were welcomed with some lovely home backed biscuits and local Ginja liqueur

A good place close to Obidos - was optimal for a big family to visit a Obidos, Peniche, Alcobaça, Batalha, even Tomar. All necessary amenities are there and are in good shape. The owner is very helpful.

Large courtyard for parking (albeit thru a narrow door, good wifi, very helpful host. There was adequate heating throughout the apartment.
Small, cluttered apartment; poorly equiped kitchen, small bathroom with a very small shower and a tub that did not drain well, only 4 coffee pods even for a 2 night stay with 4 people. Exceptional rating is inaccurate, in our opinion.
