Very central and helpful staff! Particularly Halim was very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the Hammam and spa treatments available at the riad. Breakfast was included in our package as well
The shower system could be erratic (ie when the water was being used to fill the pool) We were on a high floor so sometimes the WiFi would drop

Very friendly welcome with green/mint tea! We received a free upgrade to a larger room The location: everything is within walking distance Very friendly staff Nice to have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner in the riad

The staff and the location were the best part of this riad by far. Staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly.
The building itself was a little worn and tired. Materials were worn, plants were wilting and brown, and the walls in the bathrooms were blotchy with moisture and mildew. The breakfast was very basic and nothing more was offered. In general, the riad was more of a 2 star type stay, although the staff and the location make it work well for the price.
