Spectacular view and nice accommodation.

Traveling by car this place is excellent. The view from the hotel is spectacular. There is a good children playground. The hotel is located a little outside the town but by car or MC it is little trouble to get around. Host is super friendly.

The best place for couples, families and plush pigs.

Excellent location in walking distance to the castle and a few hiking tracks. Beautiful mountain chalet styled rooms with breathtaking views, a great breakfast suitable for vegetarians, and a self-serving bar with local beer and wine specialties. The owner is friendly and helpful, the service top notch. Even for plush piggies lost and picked up a week later.

There is nothing bad to say at all.

Very good

It is a spacious, very, very clean apartment, suitable for 3-4 adults with ease, got everything you need. We had a lovely time, 4 days of skiing in Carinthia area - so if you intend to drive to ski resort (Katschberg, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Moelltal Glacier, etc...), this is fine accommodation as a starting point, some slopes are closer, some further, but it is fine.

Breakfast is not served during the whole year. They close restaurant in-between seasons (winter/summer). We filtered accommodations with breakfast included and got this one as an option. We even got confirmation from booking.com - but we ended up making our own breakfast every morning. Double-check if the restaurant is open during your stay (if that is something that you require).

Very poor

I stayed one night in the hotel with two children each for 7th years old. I misunderstood the time of breakfast, which ended at 9.30 and we were 15 minutes late, the hotel director did not offer anything to my children, at least a piece of bread that was lying on the table next to us and this despite the fact that the hotel is located on a mountain and there is no cafe nearby , we ended up eating rolls in the car. The director, perhaps the owner, was very unfriendly, all the time he closed the reception with a key, so you had to go out through the side door.

A place for young people

The host carried our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast was OK.

There was no elevator, no fridge (in the room or even communal), and 2 out of the 4 mattresses in a room for 3 adults were unsuitable for old bones.

We waren de enige gasten. En er was niemand Er was geen koffie of thee op de kamer of te krijgen. Dorp uitgestorven. De kamer niet heel leuk. Badkamer heeeel klein. Ik begrijp niet als je de enige gasten bent dat je niet een leuke kamer krijgt. 135 euro dus ook niet echt goedkoop.

Sehr sauberer und tadelloser Zustand des Zimmers. Auch das Frühstück war völlig okay.

Das Zimmer lm 3.Stock war Richtung Osten ausgerichtet und sehr warm.

Kontrolle und Überwachung

Die Art des Hausherrn, Kontrolle und Verbote wo es nur ging. Beim Frühstück die Überwachung wer was vom Buffet holt und isst (oder vielleicht einpacken probiert- davor hat er große Angst), ein großes Schild hängt über dem Buffet das nichts mitgenommen werden darf. Das ist an sich in Ordnung und es würde mir auch gar nicht einfallen, aber der Ton macht die Musik. Mein Mann hat sogar eine Kamera im Frühstücksraum entdeckt - was soll das bitte!? Wir waren nur eine Nacht, länger wären wir auch nicht geblieben. Auch wenn wir länger gebucht hätten... Die Matratze im Zimmer war steinhart, was massive Rückenschmerzen verursacht hat. Das Bad ist miniklein und die Badetücher (so dünn, das man durchsieht) ein Witz. Das Handtuch zum Hände trocknen war ca.20x20cm groß- für 2 Personen. Das einzige positive war die Sauberkeit. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen, sind die echt? Kärntner Gastfreundschaft ist anders und kenne ich auch anders!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem kurzen Aufenthalt und würden wieder dort einkehren.

Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und man hat direkt eine willkommene familiäre Atmosphäre. Alles ist unkompliziert. Das Zimmer hatte alles was wir brauchten und es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll und es hat nichts gefehlt.

Der rustikale Dielenboden hat sehr geknarzt. Wir mussten uns sehr langsam bewegen um die Kinder nicht zu wecken. Ohne kleine Kinder ist das aber sicher kein Problem.

Leider war dieses Mal das Frühstück nicht so reichhaltig wie bei unserem Aufenthalt vor 2 Jahren. Nachdem wir Freunde dabei hatten, war es ein bisschen peinlich - man traute sich kaum, nochmal etwas vom Frühstücksbüffet zu nehmen. - Es kann aber auch daran gelegen haben, dass wir sehr spontan gebucht hatten.
