great service, relaxing stay, friendly, feels like home

great accommodation, near the center and near the lake. owner is really nice, she makes you fell like you are at home. she ia always there for any questions. I got earlier than check in time and went after check out time, and there was no problem. breakfast is great and rich, there is everything you would like: fruits, different kind of cheese, jams, mussles, breads, mussli iand juices, butter, nuttela.. and you will get just prepared scrambled eggs! room is great, everything is new and tidy, I had beautiful view to the Alps. and yes,the nights are fresh so I enjoyed sleeping. and bike friendly, if you have bike, there is a garage for parking it.

traumhafte 🇦🇹 Gastfreundlichkeit..

vom Check in bis check out hat alles gepasst, Zimmer geräumig.,, Frühstück mehr als reichlich von allem vorhanden… abstellen vom Fahrrad perfekt …ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, komme jederzeit gerne hierher zurück.

Dopo 28 anni di vacanze in questi luoghi, questa struttura rimane la nostra preferita.

Colazione con vastissimo assortimento, la signora Gabi su richiesta prepara anche omelette e altre cose cotte al momento. Camera con doppio balcone comunicante a una cucina completamente nuova, vista panoramica direzione sud e ovest del lago Millstattersee.

Ci sono due aspetti logistici che però non dipendono dalla gestione. La struttura si trova a 30 metri dalla strada principale e di giorno con le finestre aperte si sente il traffico. Di sera e di notte il flusso dei mezzi è molto ridotto o quasi nullo. Il parcheggio è piccolino coi posti contati, se alla sera si arriva ultimi rimane quello più scomodo e c'è da fare un po' di manovre per posizionare l'auto.

Beliggenhed. Super lækker og stor morgenmadsbuffet. Flink værtinde.

Wi-Fi dækningen var kun tilfredsstillende i stueetagen. Mangler elevator når man kommer med kufferter og skal på 3. sal.

Ein wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub in Seeboden.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Hausherren waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurden auf Fragen sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Man hat sich angekommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Gut fanden wir, daß die Kleiderbügel herausgenommen werden konnten. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Millstätter See war einzigartig .

Sehr schönes Landhaus mit sehr guter Lage

Frühstück war überragend. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wir haben wohl gefühlt. Lage zur Stadt und zum See waren perfekt.

Die Betten könnten besser sein, aber das ist auch schon alles!!!

Hervorragende Unterkunft.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bei einem Begrüßungsdrink mit allen nötigen Informationen über Seeboden und Umgebung versorgt. Das Zimmer erfüllte voll unsere Erwartungen. Das Frühstück war herausragend und ließ genau wie die Gastfreundschaft keine Wünsche offen. Im Landhaus Gastein machen viele Kleinigkeiten den großen Unterschied.
