Great option to stay in Boulogne Sur-Mer

Very nice apartment, beautifully furnished and super cozy! The check-in was made straightforward by the host that communicated via chat very quickly. The accomodations has everything you need to prepare your own food, wifi is reliable and we had a great night sleep! We also had a early morning walk in the medieval town which is quaint and relaxing especially when not many people are around. I definitely recommend this option if you travel in this area.

Appartement tres propre er chaleureux où il fait bon vivre. L'endroit a été très apprécié par mon loulou à 4 pattes. On est à 2 pas du centre ville on peut donc tout faire à pieds, c'est l'idéal !

Apparemment très propre et bien équipé ! Bien situé ! Il y avait ce qu'il faut serviette propre, affaire de cuisine à disposition, sac poubelle... Le plus le lit parapluie avec une chaise haute ! La décoration est faite avec soin

Je dirais qu'on entend un peu les voisins, je m'excuse d'avance pour eux , mon bébé faisait une dent et pleurait beaucoup avant de se coucher.

Nous avons aimé la propreté de l'appartement, il est situé à 5 min à pied de Nausicaa. Décor sympathique et accueillant. Les nécessaires de toilettes mis à notre disposition. Le parking privé même si il est un peu petit et que le propriétaire du garage d'à côté nous demande de nous garer le plus loin possible de son garage.

L'appartement est situé au 3 ème étage et il y a beaucoup de marche. A peine entré dans le bâtiment qu'une forte odeur de cigarettes et d'urines nous incommode. Les odeurs se font plus fortes quand on arrive au 1 er palier alors que le bâtiment est censé être non fumeur. La toilette à broyeur qui est très bruyante et qui n'évacue pas bien. Il faut s'y prendre à plusieurs reprises. Le manque d'épices pour cuisiner.

Alors bémol pour la place parking faut pas avoir une grosse voiture car très petite et le voisin vous dit de pas le déranger quand il ce met devant son garage…. Malheureusement une odeur désagréable quand nous sommes arrivé dans l appartement. Après compliqué de monter des grosses valises car escaliers étroits…

Basic maar tamelijk wel goed

Locatie was heel goed, alles was perfect te doen te voet. Ook had je een vaste parkeerplaats wat zeker heel handig is.

De advertentie gaf aan van 2 slaapkamers en 3 bedden, het is 1 twee-persoonsbed en 2 zetelbedden (enkel groot genoeg voor kinderen of kleine mensen). Zetelbedden zijn wel aan vervanging toe en ik vermoed dat ze met de 2de slaapkamer bedoelen dat dat het zetelbed is in de keuken. Ook de geur in de koelkast was niet zo heel aangenaam en de het bestek en borden waren niet 100% proper. Dit waarschijnlijk door de vorige huurders (tip om extra te controleren misschien door de eigenaar)

Proximité des commerces Plage Nausica Propre Parfait pour 2 personnes, pour 4 personnes, le canapé lit a l air de avoir déjà bien vécu Parking (même si petit lorsqu on a un break, c est compliqué de se parqué) Rapport qualité prix correct Si vous êtes grand, cet établissement n est pas le mieux adapté car dans le toît, il faut se baisser dans la salle de bain etc.

Matériel de cuisine ... Plaque à induction et poêles non adaptées.. La seule poêle fonctionnelle est au teflon et rayée de tous les côtés à l intérieur. Trou dans le drap

Séjour à la découverte de Boulogne-sur-Mer

L'appartement est très bien situé et la place de parking attribuée est pratique. On s'y sent comme chez soi car c'est chaleureux, très propre et il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. L'hôte est très sympa et bienveillant.

La localisation, à la fois proche du centre et de la mer. Content d'avoir trouvé si facilement (dix minutes) par booking de quoi rester une nuit à Boulogne alors qu'on n'avait prévu au départ de ne passer sur place que l'après-midi ...

Appartement sous les combles, pas très confortable ni très lumineux. Faible isolation sonore, le voisin du dessous a ronflé toute la nuit. Fête chez les voisins en face dans la rue, audible dans l'appartement. Mais pour une nuit, ce n'était pas vraiment gênant.

Appartement très mansardé (seule avec 2 enfants cela n'était pas trop dérangeant) La toilette avec sanibroyeur était pas top, la chasse fait énormément de bruit et n'est pas très efficace Au niveau de la cuisine, taques à induction mais certaines casseroles non compatibles Pas de grande casseroles à disposition (pour cuire des pâtes par exemple) Le 2eme lit n'était pas fait et le pied était cassé ce qui le rendait instable Tout cela n'était pas très grave, nous avons passé un séjour agréable

Het appartement was niet slecht. Bedden opgedekt, handdoeken in keuken en badkamer, zeep.

Derde verdieping viel toch tegen. Ik heb dat nergens gelezen bij de booking. Uitrusting in keuken was slecht. Slechts 1 waterglas, 2 messen. Vuur dat amper werkte. Bestek en pannen waren niet zo proper.

Gemütliche Wohnung über den Dächern von Boulogne-sur-Mer

Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir freuten uns sehr über den "süßen" Empfang! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar! Auch der kontaktlose Check in hat super funktioniert, wir bekamen alle nötigen Informationen im Vorfeld mitgeteilt 👍🏼

Was wir vorher nicht bedacht hatten war, dass man, um in die 3. Etage zu gelangen, eine Menge Treppen bewältigen muss.. Da wir auf der Durchreise waren, hatten wir viel Gepäck dabei. Ohne Lift war es sehr beschwerlich in dem engen Treppenhaus. Mein Mann, der schon etwas älter ist, hatte außerdem seine Probleme mit den Dachschrägen, vor allem im Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist also eher für junge Leute geeignet. Die Fakten gingen jedoch aus der Anzeige hervor, die "Schuld" liegt also bei uns 😉 Wir waren auf jeden Fall dankbar, dass wir so kurzfristig noch so eine schöne Wohnung gefunden hatten!
