Very pleasant week!

The apartment is in a fairly unattractive street, but inside it's very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The very attractive old part of Boulogne is a 15 minutes walk away. The surrounding countryside is lovely! Nearby beach resorts are excellent.

overall good value, nice apartment with good facilities

very comfortable, convenient location fairly close to town and beach, parking was a bit hit and miss sometimes no spaces available but overall good value for money and had everything you require for a stay

Wifi was awful it constantly would not connect or drop the Signal, although it had fantastic upload and download speeds Showing when tested ??! TV not working in Loungs/Bedroom Socket to RHS of Kitchen Window not Working Hob Right Hand Plate Not Working No Freezer, only a Massive Fridge ??? Directions not very good, from the Road turn LEFT after the Chemist and park for FREE then Walk around front to what is an UNMARKED White Letter Box with a Key Lock, prize open with your nails and inside is the Key Lock, this lets you into the Building and on the 2nd Floor there is another Key Lock Box Host Phone Number was unable to accept my texts

I loved everything about this apartment ! Best value for money i have ever had on an apartment , the host went the extra mile leaving us with a few complementaries as we arrived .Was a lot bigger than i expected and the design was superb! It had all the amenities you would need in a house , also the natural daylight through the windows was cool and the shutters for the night .

Could do with white bedding and proper pillows , apart from that everything spot on !

Nice flat. Close to everything.

Very nice flat a few minutes walk from the harbour and bars and restaurants. Our host was excellent.

The plumbing was a bit of an issue. We have told the host. The road is a bit noisy with the windows open.

Le logement était décevant : il manque une porte de douche (signalée au moins depuis 2024, vu dans les commentaires), pas de porte à la sdb (rideau), propreté superficielle, un grand four hors service remplacé par un petit four, la cafetière senseo est en fin de vie (que par 2 dosettes, ouverture cassée), logement mal isolé. Autant de détails qui devraient être précisés dans l'annonce et qui peuvent être améliorés.

Pas de machine à laver Interdiction d'utiliser le lave vaisselle Impossible de régler la température, revient à 18 automatiquement Porte salle de bain cassée Propriétaire injoignable Radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons quittés le 2eme jour sur 4 payés

Pas loin de nausica et de la plage

Le four ne fonctionnait pas, le chauffage est programmé à 14 donc on ne sait pas l allumer, n allez avec des enfants il fait froid qd c est pas l été. Pas de porte à la salle de bain et la douche est juste en face de la fenêtre et les stores sont casses, la porte de douche est cassée également, on a retrouvé sous le salon un paquet de lingettes vide et une crème que les anciens locataires ont laissés ce qui veut dire que le ménage n est pas fait correctement. Sans compter la poussière au sol alors ne parlons pas des couettes j ai été dégoutée de voir en enlèvent les draps des oreoles jaunes et tâches de sang sur la couette. 10 euro sont demande pour le ménage mais on doit mettre les serviettes et enlever les draps des lits tout rassembler dans la salle de bain, vider les poubelles soit même et nettoyer donc je comprend pas pq on nous demande ces 10 euro de ménage qui n est déjà pas fait correctement à l arrivée. enfin bref quand je me suis plains au propriétaire qui a été de très mauvaise fois m à répondu qu'il ne pouvait pas se permettre de jetter les couettes à chaque locataire. mais au moins il pourrait les faire laver à mon sens sans compter l état vetuste du bâtiment enfin bref à fuir !!! Et l intitulé sur la annonce spacieux appartement 6 personnes tout comfort doit vraiment être revu déjà il n y a que deux chambres à deux lits et une banquette en plus dans une des chambres ce qui fait max 5 et pas 6 personnes et spacieux sûrement pas !!!
