Appartamento a pochi passi dal mare

La vicinanza al mare. La possibilità di essere a metà tra spiaggia di Levante (la più bella, secondo me) e quella di Ponente.

Avere un locale proprio sotto l'appartamento con musica un po' troppo alta.

The location was great, and the bakery in the same building was a huge plus. It was easy to communicate with the host, he was very responsive. We also found out (kind of late though) that there were air mattresses in the flat too.

We had issues with the shower, it did not drain at all, and while showering, the water was all over the floor in the bathroom. The host was not aware of the issue and once informed he offered to call a plumber.

Ubytování velmi příjemné, ve skvělé lokalitě kousíček od pláže. V bytě je čisto, vše potřebné. Komunikace s majitelem bezproblémová, domluva obratem. Pohodlné spaní, dostatečný úložný prostor. Pod bytem je bistro/pekárna - moc dobrá káva, široký sortiment, milá obsluha. Obchod navštěvuje mnoho lidí již od časných ranních hodin, během dne je relativně klid a zákazníci chodí až večer. Vůbec nám to nevadilo, ba naopak.

Nenašli jsme nic, co by se nám nelíbilo. Pro lidi s lehčím spaním může být problém hnětač, který pekaři dole v obchodě pouští již po 3h ranní.

die Wohnung selbst, obwohl die Küche seeehr klein ist und die Dusche etwas umständlich im Gebrauch. die Lage in Strandnähe und einen schönen Spazierweg von 10 Minuten vom Supermarkt entfernt zum Zentrum ca. 15 Minuten war auch ok

Bei Ankunft konnten wir über eine Stunde lang nicht ins Haus, weil das Haustorschloss klemmte! !! Dieser Schlüssel war nicht benützbar! Der Gestank am Balkon aufgrund des Verbrennungs-Rauches der Nachbarn verleidete bzw. verunmöglichte uns den Aufenthalt am Balkon! Zusätzlich an drei Tagen: irrer Lärm von Motorsägen der Nachbarn über Stunden hinweg!!! Sehr ärgerlich das alles, wir hätten nämlich gerne zuweilen am Balkon entspannt. (Außerdem: Ein Quartier ohne Balkon hätten wir leichter und billiger bekommen!) Dann noch eines Abends der extreme Alarm des Rauchmelders minutenlang ohrenbetäubend hat uns geschockt und gestresst, so etwas hatten wir noch nie erlebt und wussten nicht, ob und wie man das abschalten kann.! Dabei haben wir nur eine Suppe gekocht und das Fenster in der Küche war offen!
