Villaplatamona is an exclusive villa on the seashore of the Gulf of Asinara inside a residence on the Platamona coast. Immersed in a 700 square meter garden of junipers and Mediterranean essences, Villaplatamona is spread over 150 square meters on two floors plus a spectacular terrace which dominates the entire Gulf.
The extreme comfort of the villa equipped with furnishings and elegant finishes and the strategic position in the Gulf of Asinara allow you to enjoy a true experience of the most authentic Sardinia.
The villa has private parking with access through an electric gate on the same property. From the garden and from the veranda on the entrance side (where there is a lounge for evening relaxation) you enter the ground floor: Villaplatamona has a large room, a kitchen with living room, a bathroom and a covered veranda.
The three spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms are on the first floor and two of these have access to a terrace overlooking the sea, the main bathroom is comfortable with a large shower cubicle, the other bathroom on the ground floor is small but functional.
The garden has a covered veranda for breakfasts, lunches and dinners surrounded by nature, a patio / solarium where you can relax and a barbecue complete with sink where you can prepare and roast food in comfort and safety. There is also an outdoor covered shower.
The beach is free and not overly frequented. Villaplatamona offers umbrella, chairs and beach towels to enjoy the beach without worries and masks and snorkels for snorkeling in the sea.
Villaplatamona is inside the Platamona Residence where access or parking is not allowed except to the owners and their guests (to guarantee safety and order).
In front of the Residence there is a supermarket open in summer and a bar-restaurant and pizzeria. There is also a public bus stop that connects it to the city of Sassari and the coast.
Villaplatamona is a few hundred meters from the Stagno di Platamona, a nature trail for birdwatching and running, a few km from the port city of Porto Torres, less than an hour's drive from the beautiful beaches of Alghero (and its airport) , the wonderful Stintino, Castelsardo and the whole coast of the Asinara Gulf.
Villaplatamona is the ideal place for lovers of relaxation literally on the sea but also as a starting point to visit the enchanting places, the cultural and food and wine attractions that north-western Sardinia offers.
