About this house rental
5 kms from MARRAKECH, a pleasant Moroccan house with large terrace overlooking the swimming pool 20 m x 6 m. 2 hectares planted with centuries-old olive trees, palm trees and carob trees surround this house, ideally located 10 minutes from Place Jamaa el Fna, restaurants in Marrakech and golf courses.
At your service, house staff for maintenance. Optionally, a cooker for the preparation of Moroccan specialties, contact us.
A caretaker / gardener for the maintenance of the pool and the environment, all in discretion to preserve your privacy.
A semi-open kitchen plus a scullery. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a new refrigerator, kitchen utensils, Nespresso machine, normal coffee maker, juicer, toaster.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm beds, the 3rd bedroom with 2 90 cm beds with tadelakt bathrooms, WC. The rooms are air conditioned.
A 4th bedroom-suite with living room and shower room wc + american kitchen. This suite is independent from the main house. If you wish to rent it, the price is 80 € per night. Contact us for more information and photos.
WIFI available. A flat screen TV with TNT decoder + Canal + channels for the little ones.
For the Nespresso machine, you can bring your capsules.
Groups of single men are not accepted.
Activities:
Petanque balls, a set of arrows with suction cups, balloons, coloring with felt-tip pens and colored pencils - mandala style - Massages at home are available. Quad possible. At your disposal: books, DVD player.
Possibility to rent another very original house with 6 bedrooms, (12 people max) contact us.
For golf lovers, on the same road, SAMANAH, 18 hole course designed by Jack NICKLAUS and a second 9 hole ATLAS GOLF course.
Also an OASIRIA water park 2 km away, with several swimming pools, one of which is heated.

Nous sommes une famille avec trois enfants.
Un immense merci à Daniel pour son accueil chaleureux.
Cette belle villa de type beldi vous séduira par sa tranquillité. Très proche de la médina, elle est idéalement placée pour votre séjour à Marrakech.
Les plats marocain concoctés par Fatima sont tout simplement excellents.
Nous y retournerons !

Très belle propriété, nous avons été accueillis par Daniel, qui tout le long du séjour est resté à notre écoute et a pris soin de nous.
La villa et ses environs, un endroit sublime, nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et inoubliable.
Je conseille fortement à tout les voyageurs cet endroit , très reposant et un vrai régal pour les yeux.
Un grand merci à Daniel, pour sa gentillesse, son écoute et sa bonne humeur

In een oase van rust werden we overladen met de perfecte service. Alle kleine problemen werden snel opgelost.
De villa had alles wat we nodig hadden om een vakantie door te brengen om uit te rusten. Een grote tuin, een enorm zwembad en perfect gelegen ten opzichte van de stad.
De mensen ter plaatse hebben alles in het werk gesteld om onze vakantie onvergetelijk te maken.
De eigenaar was zeer behulpzaam om onze kleine zorgen weg te nemen.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour du 24 au 29 mai 2018 dans cette villa magnifique !
L'accueil de monsieur Daniel, la qualité des services, la cuisine typique, tout était au top.
Nous remercions Djamal de sa gentillesse, les deux cuisinières très douées et très discrètes de nous avoir fait de très bons plats du petit déjeuner au diner !!
De plus une soirée "mojito" mémorable avec Daniel !! Merci également à Marie pour sa réactivité et son écoute. A refaire !!!
