Lovely villa located in the prestigious Golf residence of Prestigia, on the front line of Golf, with private swimming pool, large guarding garden and 24 hour security guards.
The villa is fully equipped with WIFI, Air conditioning, plasma screen in each room with cable channels receivers and large plasma screen in the double Living room with cable channels receiver to be able to follow THE WORLD CUP OF FOOTBALL!
The villa consists of:
On the ground floor a large entrance hall with shower room and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, toaster, juicer, Nespresso machine, electric robot ...).
in an independent room, it has a laundry room with washing machine and a space provided to hang the laundry.
A large living room with fireplace, with Moroccan lounge area, western lounge area and dining area.
Through large bay windows with views of the garden and the prestigious Golf, you have access to two covered terraces which are converted into living rooms and dining rooms.
By a beautiful staircase, one reaches the first floor where the 3 bedrooms are located.
A master bedroom with a double bed for two people.
This room is beautiful, spacious and bright with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a superb terrace overlooking the Prestigia gold.
This room is also equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, a plasma screen with cable receiver, and a dressing room.

Prachtige ruime villa met privé zwembad, uit de drukte van Marrakech, gelegen aan de golfbaan met 24/7 beveiliging. Met 6 personen veel ruimte in de villa, heerlijke bedden, meerdere zithoeken binnen en buiten. Villa van alle gemakken voorzien voelt alsof je in een hotel zit. Elke dag schone handdoeken en bedden die opgemaakt zijn. Wifi aanwezig. Eigenaresse heel vriendelijk en gastvrij, snelle reactie op vragen die via website en op bestemming aan haar werden gesteld. Telefonisch goed bereikbaar, het regelen van een transfer van en naar vliegveld, goed geregeld. Zeker een plek om terug te komen.
Alleen dichtbij vliegveld daardoor overdag wel vliegtuigen die opstijgen en landen (niet als storend ervaren). Villa ligt 10-15 minuten rijden met de taxi naar het centrum van Marrakech.

The villa was very well presented and furnished. All the features you would want from a holiday villa. The house was cleaned daily and problems were delt with quickly. The security and location were second to none and felt very safe. The area is quiet and the landlord is very nice. I would recommend.
