About this villa rental
A beautiful villa set in a quiet rural location with stunning sea views. Originally a Portuguese farmhouse it has been extensively modernised to provide excellent accommodation. The villa is south facing and the garden captures the best of the sunshine whilst offering maximum privacy. From the villa you can look out across the pool with a backdrop of a superb sea view.
This idyllic accommodation provides all you need for long lazy peaceful days in the sun, whatever the season.
The surrounding area is full of natural beauty throughout the year and is ideal for anyone wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life. With a beach and plenty of restaurants (within) just 15 minutes walk, you will not have far to travel.
A car is recommended to enjoy the magic of the area with five or six beautiful quiet beaches and coves within a few minutes drive.
For those wishing for some night life the town of Carvoeiro is 10 minutes drive away and has some lively bars, restaurants and plenty of boutiques and shops.
If you can raise yourself from this idyllic retreat then there are numerous golf courses within 30 minutes of the property and for the family the two great water parks on the Algarve within 20 minutes drive.
The property is one villa that has been sub divided into two separate villas, each sleeping four with their own kitchen and bathroom, making it an excellent choice for two families or friends sharing. The two villas are linked via an internal interconnecting door. The pool and outside area are secluded and not overlooked by other properties. The villa is set in its own grounds and off the beaten track.
The property has recently had two newly refurbished bathrooms, kitchens and lounge furniture.
The property does have wi-fi if for those that need to keep in touch.
Accommodation
The whole property consists of two master bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, two lounges each with access to the pool and garden and two kitchen/dinning rooms.
Each kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and a wide range of utensils.
A BBQ is also provided together with tables and chairs for outside dining. Loungers and parasols are provided for use in the garden and pool area.
Steps at the side of the property lead to a large roof terrace, perfect for peace and quiet while watching the sunset or enjoying the night time sky.
Towels and bed linen is provided. Please provide own beach towels.
The garden area is well maintained and the pool is checked and cleaned weekly.
Weekly maid service is provided. Additional maid service available upon request. Cot and high chair available if required.

A very special holiday as we haven’t seen our New Zealand family in over 5 years. The villa was very spacious and welcoming and having a private pool made it even more special.
Keith the owner was excellent in his communication with me and answered all my questions which made it even more relaxing before we even arrived.
Edgar who managed the property was so friendly and welcoming, we had a very slight issue with the pool lights and Edgar sorted it the very next day. He has a wealth of knowledge of the area and it’s surroundings which was a great help.
The property was cleaned once a week with fresh linen and towels. The pool man came once a week to check the pool.
You do need a car to get around.
Our holiday was amazing the only negative was the two weeks flew by and it was time to come home.

What a lovely apartment. From the time we booked the communication was perfect. We had all details needed for check in very quickly. information about the surroundings. I had a bit of trouble finding the property from the address but Edgar replied immediately with directions. Everything was very clean and very well equipped. We hadnt realised there were two apartments next to each other but we were the only ones there for our stay. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Very peaceful. Very nice pool.

I stayed here with 3 others (we are 2 couples) in late June and we are absolutely in love with this place. The villa has 2 sections and each come with a master bedroom, twin room, kitchen, lounge and bathroom meaning that it you rented the whole villa there is ample room for up to 8 people. We spent most of our time by the villa in the pool, which had a cleaner who came once in the week but it wasn’t really needed as the pumps alone kept it clean enough to use. The location is beautiful and is only a few minutes walk from the small village of Benagil which has a great restaurant (O Algar I think) that is managed by the villa’s caretaker. He made us feel welcome and gave a great service. We absolutely loved our trip and are already planning our next one. Thank you!
