About this house rental
In Vale do Milho / Carvoeiro is the distinctive and very spacious Villa Jodila with four bedrooms, a large swimming pool with a view of the Atlantic.
The property is fenced and thus ensures a private vacation atmosphere.
In addition, it guarantees sufficient parking spaces for at least four vehicles.
Curved lines and a mixture of modernity and tradition are essential features of the tastefully furnished villa.
The villa was renovated in 2019 and air conditioning has been installed in all bedrooms.
On the ground floor you first reach the large entrance hall and from here to the bright living room with a closed fireplace, a comfortable sofa set with a small table, TV and a dining table. Two sliding doors lead to a covered terrace with tables and chairs with a view of the pool area. Three neat bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with two single beds each - offer enough space. Two bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove complete this level.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where a cozy seating area awaits its guests. Through the sliding door you come to the terrace, from which you can enjoy a wide view over the villa area to the Atlantic. The fourth bedroom with bathroom en suite has a large double bed.
In the spacious, well-kept outdoor area with greenery there is a swimming pool (5x10m) with a surrounding terrace and outdoor shower, a covered seating area and a brick barbecue.
Restaurants are within walking distance. It is about two kilometers to the center of the popular holiday resort Carvoeiro with the beach of the same name. There are local supermarkets, restaurants and bars, but also the post office, banks and medical facilities. Shops such as Intermarché and Apolónia are located at the entrance to Carvoeiro.
From Carvoeiro you can go on wonderful coastal and beach walks. Numerous cultural highlights are offered in the summer months.
In any case, we recommend a rental car to explore the Algarve, which offers you the most beautiful beaches, historical places, varied landscapes and an impressive hinterland with the Foia (over 900m).
