About this cottage rental
This bungalow is located right at the Maspalomas Dunes promenade, beautiful views from rooftop deck, BBQ and outdoors dining area. Two bedrooms for up to 3 adults, 1 baby is welcome!
A very bigh terrace that goes around the house with two outdoors dining areas, being it's major highlight the wonderful views over the dunes offered from its rooftop solarium/deck . Just an 15 minutes walk from Playa del Ingles beach or cross the dunes to reach the sea.
This property is placed in a very quiet area, yet lively, very close to shops, restaurants and shopping centres.
Everything you shall need at hand to provide the tranquility in a very especial holiday. This holiday home is mainly preferred by couples and sportspeople.
*** A security deposit of 400€ is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
** This property is located in a residential area, therefore any kind of activity that might disturb the neighborhood is strictly forbidden.
**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)
**Late check in carry the following extra charges:
-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

l can highly recomend this bungalow , everyting is as described in info pages , close to everyting you need , the surrounding area is quiet and safe , pick up keys and leaving is perfect organised by rent out service company , so full stars review from us ! Håkan and Ulrica from sweden
