The staff are very professional and very friendly. The pool was lovely. But most of all we enjoyed having the hot tub after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

There was a persistent problem with the sanitation. It was obvious that somewhere in the sewer, the waste products were not leaving the apartment block. This resulted in an unimaginable smell of fermented fish and faeces that eminated from the lavatory. In order to sleep I had to keep the door to the bathroom shut and also put the air conditioning on at full blast to expel the rancid smell. If I had to visit the bathroom in the middle of the night, this would then result in breathing in the foul stench. Obviously in the morning I then had to contend with this while cooking my breakfast in the adjoining kitchen. I complained to the cleaners numerous times and they were very helpful, putting disinfectant down the loo and spraying the room. Also as a result the maintenance team came to fix the problem on a number of days but this was to no avail as the problem was obviously sourced with whatever dysfunctional sewage infrastructure that serves this newly built block. I would not even expect the local council would sign this off as being hygenic and safe. Definitely not worth the money.
