Hôtel Eiffel Segur

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I think that’s one of the most important things when guests arrive at a hotel, and they made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The rooms have a charming, classic Parisian style, which added to the overall experience. The location is excellent, with several metro lines just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back. The only downside was that it was quite difficult to control the room temperature on my own, which made the room a bit less comfortable at times.

Good location, close to 3 different metro stations. The room quiet (at least the one located at the back of the building). Surprisingly (as for Paris standards) big bathroom (read: finally, one of a normal size). Adequate breakfast in a small but nice breakfast area. Nice and welcoming staff.

The (double bed) room very small, barely any space to move around. One rickety chair at a tiny what-is-supposed-to-be writing desk, no chance to pass by for the other person when you sit on it (your get your back squeezed to the bed edge). Quite dangerous set of stairs leading up to the room from the elevator (that stops one half-floor below). If you do not pay attention as you start climbing it up, you might easily fall down the spiral stairs.
