Amazing stay, will definitely stay again!

It’s okay. I wouldn’t visit again.

The shower floor needs a serious scrub. There is a foul smell of either mould or a drain in the rooms. It completely affected my nose and was extremely unpleasant I even asked for an air purifier.

We enjoyed our New Year stay in a clean, comfortable hotel room. Convenient for 2 metro lines. Limited bars/rest

Clean and fresh room. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Metres from Line 10 metro and a 5 minute walk to the Line 6 metro.

rooms are not spacious, if you have big luggage then its very hard, not much option for vegetarian breakfast other than cereals.

Comfortable stay at a good location, with amazing staff.

Good location to get to other parts of Paris as there is a metro station in front of hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good too. The staff, especially Stephanie, was amazing as they attend to my request and concerns. This is the second time that I stayed at the hotel and will surely return in the future.

Initially the room was cold but the problem was fixed immediately.

Beautiful hotel, would stay again!

Smelt lovely, staff were friendly, it was very clean, modern interiors and was in such a convenient location. Peoples reviews were saying it was so small so I was expecting a cramped room. However I was pleasantly surprised with the size as that is pretty standard for a city hotel.

The boy at the reception was polite and helped us .

I didn’t like it at all. I was disappointed. The reception called a taxi for us — it was only a 7-minute ride, but the driver charged €26. Don’t ask the receptionist to call a taxi for you, because they charge extra. They also added €5.53 per person to the payment. Very bad experience.”

A lovely stay

The location was perfect as we were 20 min away from the Eiffel tower and the train station. There was a metro station down the hotel too. It was in a residential area which felt very safe at night. There were lots of bakeries , cafe and restaurants within 15 min walks. The staff was pleasant and polite. The hotel was modern and clean too.

The room was tiny with just space to walk around the bed. There was a constant noise of water running which came from the bathroom. We could also hear people upstairs and the cars from outside ( however there was not much traffic and it was overall quiet at night).

The room was too small. It is ok if you didn’t arrive internationally with two big suitcases and carryon luggage. No space to move around the room and no closet space.

Loved location but was disappointed as photos misleading

Location was great and staff were lovely!

The room smelt of mould, there was black mould in the shower grout so didn’t feel clean. Bathroom door did not close fully and could see directly into shower from bed offering limited privacy. Also wifi didn’t work

Stéphanie was wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the property is fabulous.

The bathroom was perfect, staff was lovely, the location is really nice and quiet

A disappointment in a beautiful city

There was one very helpful, friendly woman at the front desk. But the rest of the staff were rude and acted put out by the smallest request. The room was exceptionally small and the amenities very limited.

Great if you want to go for a trip to 24 hours of le means only for the sunday using the trains.

Easy to reach Gare Montparnasse, lots of young people in the area, and is around 1km from aifel tower. With cheaper restaurants than the Louver Area.

Nice location in a calm street

The hotel is comfortable and located in a quiet area, despite being just a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The cleanliness of the rooms deserves five stars.

The weak point is the breakfast – quite basic and nothing special. Don’t expect anything more sophisticated.

Location was great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Stefani was able to get me a ticket to the Louvre at the last minute, very grateful for that.Breakfast was fresh and well laid out.

Could have been ALOT better

The location is fantastic. Right by a Metro station, and it what seems like a safe neighbourhood!

Our first 24 hours at the hotel we had no hot water. Though the staff were very apologetic they offered no compensation for this. We had long journey to get to Paris and really needed showers! The room was also very small and often smelt like the shower drain.

Staff is friendly, location is perfect, worth the money

Staff is very friendly especially Stephanie. Room was just nice, comes with coffee machine, a small table. Space is just a little small not enough to open a luggage, but i think it is normal in Paris. Location is perfect, near to 2 stations for differernt metro line. 20 mins walk to Eiffel Tower (can be shorter duartion as I walked slow, with bike was 8 mins)

Beautifully decorated, looks fairly new or at least well maintained interiors, Nespresso in the room, very clean, excellent view, quiet street, nice helpful staff

Would've given a perfect score if not for the random empty water bottle that wasn't mine that was left in the room when I came back in the evening. Also, reusable coffee cups would've been better than disposable ones

Good quiet location; easily accessible by the metro. Clean and comfortable room and great service by Stephanie.

Good location with the metro station Segur at the door step. Nice, comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful front desk staff especially Stephanie who made us feel at home.

The safe in the room should be fixed - the ‘clear’ ‘lock’ pad is not legible. The door bell at the main entrance need to be check to ensure it is working. Because we got back at 11pm one night and bell not working. Could not enter hotel until a guest from inside the hotel came to our rescue.
