The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
The beds were excessively hard. There was no small refrigerator in the room for cooling water or wine, and ice was also not available at the hotel except one small cup of ice if you asked. During the heat wave this was difficult.

Cleaning staff was little rude. But it was fine

The location was great, near two of the metro lines. The room was clean.
There was a major reconstruction in the hotel which we understood only after the whole check-in process was completed. The lobby and floor corridors were a mess. Our room was next to the elevator, which made it even more noisy when people walked by. We had to have a bottle of water in the room, provided by the hotel, but the cleaning lady even took the bottle every day which made us go to reception and ask for a new one.
