About this apartment rental
Welcome to our newly renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom Riverfront Condo. This unit is located at Riverfront Condos and is close to all of Nashville's hot spots. We are located just under 1 mile from Broadway and Nissan Stadium which is an easy walk, but also a super quick Uber or Lyft as well. The Germantown neighborhood is only 1 block away which features many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. First Horizon Park (home of the Nashville Sounds AAA baseball team) and Bicentennial Park are only a few blocks away as well.

2 bedrooms - 2 King beds and a queen sleeper sofa in living room

We visited the city with another couple. It was perfect for 4 adults. Each couple had their own full bath. Cute balcony overbooking the river. Good location, about 15-20 min walk to lower Broadway or Germantown restaurants.

although we were allowed to gain entry two hours early, the condo was not the cleanest; empty water bottle under bed, crumbs on stovetop, outdated, chips in walls, at first appears to be a sketchy part of town(industrial) but it ended up being nice and quiet. expensive for what you get; but the outdoor pool was the best part;
