Two bedroom large apartment with a roof open air terrace located on the second floor of an authentic Split stone house, very close to the Diocletian's Palace and old town.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another one with a 2 single beds. The kitchen and the dining room are within the living room space with an exit to the large terrace.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (in each bedroom and in the living room) and WI-FI Internet and it has all the amenities of home.

Zwei Wochen zu Gast bei Vera und Ivo Adjukovic waren für uns eine sehr schöner und entspannender Urlaub. Vera und Ivo, die im selben Haus wohnen, waren jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und überaus hilfsbereit, wenn wir beispielsweise Wünsche und Fragen zur Stadt, zu Ausflügen, zu Restaurants, Stränden und so weiter hatten.
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, alles ist zu Fuß, mit dem Bus oder Schiff erreichbar. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, gut für bis zu 4 Personen eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die große Terrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen, weil sie morgens und abends angenehm schattig ist.
Fünf Sterne vergeben wir voller Überzeugung.

Wir waren mit einem befreundetem Ehepaar Anfang Mai in Split und haben in diesem Appartement gewohnt. Die Größe der Dachgeschosswohnung ist für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend, die Austattung ist recht konfortabel. Die große Dachterasse hat uns ebenfalls super gefallen. Auch die zentrumsnahe Lage ist hervorzuheben, in ewa 5 Minuten Fußmarsch hat man das Zentrum der Altstadt erreicht.
Die sehr nette Verwalterin, Vera, wohnt ebenfalls mit im Haus und steht stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir würden wiederkommen, klare Empfehlung!

We stayed for 9 nights with 2 children. The apartment is centrally located in Split with everything in walking distance, but still it is very quiet. It is not a big place but had everything we needed. One og the kids slept on the couch which worked fine. The terrace is big and has a nice view of city roof tops. The couple who has the apartment lives downstairs in the same building and they were very friendly and helpfull. We got clean towels and sheets during our stay and they were helpfull with how to get to different places we wanted to see.
