Excellent location so close to the old town …plus car park available

Liked everything about our stay!

Brilliant location, in short walking distance to everything in the old town. Great to have access to the the shared roof top terrace too!

Location was perfect, a few minutes walk to Old Town and Riva promenade. Hosts were very helpful with tips on where to go. Beds were very comfortable and no outside noise at night.

The hosts were fantastic, meeting us upon arrival and securing us a free car park spot directly outside the apartment. We found parking in the area comes at a massive premium! They helped carry our bags up the 73 stairs and ensured we got settled in. They provided a beautiful welcome pack with all essential cooking items (oil, sugar, tea etc) as well as wine, beer, cake and fruit. They also walked us throught the entire apartment, explaining where everything was and how things worked. A real kind step. :) The apartment is very well equipped, again with essentials like towels, shampoo, laundry and dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc. All pots, pans, plates, cutlery and essentials are in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable, clean and fresh with many bedding options to stay warm or cool. Air-conditioning works perfectly throughout the apartment. And finally, the roof terrace is a sun trap, providing great views over the city. With seating and sun loungers this was a great addition. Worth noting it is accessed by going one additional floor up from the apartment. We can't fault the place and thanks the hosts for their warm welcome to Split. Hvala!

There is nothing we didn't like. The only down side is the number of stairs. These were not a problem for us but would be worth considering, but the hosts did help us on arrival. Also, and this is NOT the fault of the apartment, the parking situation in Split is crazy. If you move from the free parking outside the apartment, be prepared for a hunt for another spot. Blue zone parking is cheap (as explained by the hosts) but is fiercely contested. I recommend the Split Parking app to help find a spot.
