Clean, amazingly nice owner, emptied trash daily. Swimming pool is great. Peaceful and comfortable. Well worth the price. Very close to entry to the Outichita National Forest. 30 min to Albert Pike Rec area.
Everything was great

Nice setting near river. Room was clean and spacious, with ample amenities. Quiet rural setting.
When we arrived, the room was hot (yes, we did tell the host what time we would arrive). Also, air conditioning was very noisy, cycling on and off all night, and it was difficult to sleep.

We were told by management that they had been robbed several times and could no longer accept cash.
They were not going to accept my service dog
