This is top tier budget hotel. Owners are very nice. Super clean. Yeah it's an older place, things get used, everything worked.
Took a few tries to get the wifi hooked up. I fat fingered it a couple times. A printed QR code in the room would have made it easy.

Air conditioner temp was not accurate and would get very cold

location wasn’t bad had good food around close
sheets were stained and had burns on them I had to go buy my own the room smelled like curry and feet wouldn’t walk bare foot on the carpets
