The apartment was spotless, super clean with all equipments. The owner is super nice and helpful, the apartament was the best I’ve ever been so far!! Before the arriving we’ve got instructions how to access to the apartment, everything was easy to read and understand. From the first day till the last one- excellent experience!!

The seaview is exactly why I chose the property and it was amazing. It was nice watching the ships, cruise liners passing by the port down the hill and of course the sunsets is not to be missed there. You get your individual terrace with a table and two chairs to enjoy the view.The host welcomed us personally and helped with the bags

I had to read all the long instructions with mentioned penalties for most of the facilities including linen and towels, and they were strict. We were afraid to use the bathroom towels or kitchen ones to make them dirty not to pay. The bed hed is made of iron decorations, which is beautiful, but can be harmful and painful.

Great experience!

First of all - very tidy and really organised! Loved it! Beds are comfortable and the view from the terrace is amazing! We received all information from Ivo, so check in and out was simple and straightforward. Parking space is available - paying extra. Overall we had a nice time, and we would definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Maybe it’s my bad for not asking, but the only minuses for this property: no washing machine and stairs (I was staying alone with a kid so…). Be prepared to do some cardio here. 🙂

It was wonderful. Stayed for 7 nights, wish we had stayed longer.

Once we understood what he had to do it was easy to collect the key and get it. It was all self-explanatory once we got there. However prior to arrival, based on information sent by direct-booker, the in-between agency, we were under the impression we had to meet a person there at an appointed time to access the apartment. This in the end was not the case and it would have been much easier to say - send us a text via Whattsapp or phone call and we'll give you the access code

Lots of stairs and it’s a little further away from the city, however it’s doable. We did everything by walk even though there are busses available!

I had a great time staying there, I arrived by ferry and left by bus it was perfect for me 👍

I loved my stay here, the apartment was very nice, very clean, everything was very well managed, I had a stunning view, good selection of tv channels, very comfortable, very good communication, very good location for the bus terminal and the ferry terminal , very pleased !

There’s absolutely nothing that I didn’t like about the place personally but I will mention 1 thing that some people may need to consider, there’s quite a steep walk up a lot of steps to get to the property, if you have very heavy luggage or an injury I could be difficult, that’s an observation not a criticism.

It was perfect. The extra gestures like the little sweets and coffee sachets. The terrace as well we had completely to ourselves had the best view I have ever seen!

Great stay with a fantastic sunset view!

Great studio apartment in Dubrovnik! Our host Ivo was lovely and gave us fantastic recommendations and instructions on our stay. The view from the balcony was incredible, if you stay here, I highly recommend watching a sunset from the balcony!

The apartment is about a 40 minute walk through non-scenic roads from the old town and the bus system is not the most reliable or easy to understand (not on Google Maps at the moment) so take this into consideration when choosing this otherwise amazing place!

Perfect stay at Nika apartments

Everything! The apartment A4 is very clean modern comfortable functional is really hard to find any faults..it's perfect and looks better than in pictures On top of all this unit get the best views of Gruz marina and amazing sunsets! Everything is tastefully labeled in the apartment..you really have all the info you need at your fingertips! I am early retired and travel a lot.this is one of the best units I stayed in! Ivo is a wonderful person he will immediately reply and help you with any problem you might have with a smile on his face..you really are on good hands there! Did I mention that the location is super quiet which is always very important to me.Bravo Ivo!! If I ever come back to Dubrovnik i would not stay anywhere else but there.

To make it perfect I dish rack for drying dishes would help people who are staying longer term. My only personal peeve was the shower design with a curtain that sticks to your body and a little edge which no matter how carefully you are the water will be all over the floor but that is just me.

- very nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood - spotless clean - the facility has all basic amenities (kettle, plates, cutlety, fridge) - great, spacious bathroom - quick and easy check-in and check-out

- the glass door to the apartment was somewhat uncomfortable at night as the street light was entering apartment - it might be worth considering putting the inner blinds

Clean and comfortable stay with amazing sunset views

The room was very clean and had a nice view on the sea and parts of Dubrovnik. Sunset was incredibly beautiful! It’s a family ran complex. The owners were very friendly and kind. I felt like I was a very welcomed guest. Location is a bit far from the old city, but is very close to the ferries terminal. If you need to take a ferry early in the morning like we did, this location is perfect. The price rate was reasonable and good for us.

Very good

We had appartment 1A with our own patio which came with an amazing view especially during sunset. The appartment was spotless clean, well maintained and well equipt. Ivo was very friendly and helpful - always available on whatsapp for any assistance and even suplemented us with all the info (including restaurant that delivered to the appartment etc). On checkout day, they even provided us with luggage storage as we had a late night departure. There is a Tommy grocery mart few metres away where you can get all your essentials and then some.

Location. Whilst being in gruz didn't negatively effect anything as it was a short bus ride from old town, the stairs leading to the appartment if you did not use a cab can be a challange to even the average fairly fit person. That said, if you were to move around with cabs then this would not be much of an issue as there is a midway point that does not include too many steps. Orientation can be confusing when you first arrive so make sure to take a cab in from the airport / main bus station in gruz if you are coming via the airport shuttle bus. The correct address to use would be Od Gaja 70.

Very nice, clean apartment with a great terrace and view.

Everything was great, good size of room, nice bathroom and shower and a cracking terrace. We checked in early which was really straight-forward once I whatsapped the number on the information sheet. There was a load of useful information about Dubrovnik and the surrounding areas, and how to get the bus to the old town as it is quite a walk. We walked to and from the old town all 3 days and it takes roughly 35-40 minutes. If you get to Dubrovnik by ferry be prepared for an absolute mission up the steps.

Great place in a quiet part of Dubrovnik

The apartment was very clean and well equipped (kitchen utensils, salt/pepper, olive etc). Wifi worked well too. The host was nice and helpful - totally recommend booking the place! Some people complained about the stairs, but I think it was a great exercise - besides, the location was really quiet and picturesque so it made up for the effort :-)

Everything was great, very clean apartment with a beautiful view from the terrace. I highly recommend it for short or longer stay. The only (small) disadvantage are stairs (plenty of stairs), but Dubrovnik is made of stairs, so it is the thing you should get used to being there :)

The apartment is very nice and clean, but it's situated at the top of the hill with a crazy amount of steps to get there.

The location, although with a nice view, but it was very hard getting there with a baby and luggage, and the agency didn't inform us of that. They gave me the number of the host, which we couldn't reach, but only at the end they told me it was a self check-in. So poor communication from the agency which could have given us a heads up as to the location.

Friendly, welcoming host. We were provided with useful information on getting around Dubrovnik, what to visit and where to have local food. Good location, close to the port, be prepared to walk up many stairs though (might be a bit challenging if you have big luggage with you). The apartment doesn't lack anything - fully equipped kitchen, clean and spacious, nice view from the balcony. Totally recommend!
