Hedera Estate, Hedera A28

It was great! We loved how clean it was. You cannot imagine how amazing the view from the balcony was, the photos do not do it justice.

Getting taxis or buses to the property was not straightforward. No taxis would pick us up and we had to carry our suitcases up the steep stairs.

I thought the property was perfect for our stay. It was exactly as described—quiet, spotlessly clean, and everything was in excellent working order. The views were absolutely beautiful and really made the experience special. We arrived before check-in, and the host kindly offered to let us leave our bags, which was appreciated. Just note that the reception is located separately from the accommodation. If you’re arriving by public transport, the airport bus takes you to the main bus terminal. From there, you can take the number 3 bus (around €2.50) to the final stop at Nuncijata. It’s then about a 5-minute walk downhill to the property. There is also a helpful bus app called Libertas that you can download before you arrive, which makes getting around much easier. Do be aware that there are quite a few stairs—both getting to the accommodation and within the building itself (around two flights inside), so it may be something to consider if you have heavy luggage. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would happily recommend it.

You don't get the instructions until time of check in which can make planning a little tricky, and the room isn't clearly numbered so had to go off the photos in the instructions. Also the Bins is about a 5-10 minute walk which isn't clear in their house instructions.

The Apartment was gorgeous, bit tricky to get to and lots of stairs to get to Sea front. There's a regular bus at top of road and if you check Dubrovnik out it is all very 'Hilly'
