Family beach house at 11 Third Street on Biddeford Pool's South Point. An architectural gem, this contemporary cottage sits a short block away from the rocky coast line of Maine and a five-minute walk to the sandy beach or the Audubon trail. After a fun packed day at the beach - surfing, finding shells, or kayaking, enjoy a lobster picnic in the backyard or grilling on the deck. Peaceful, safe street for children to run, bike and play.
Perfect for a family with lots of amenities. Newly renovated with bright, seaside decor. Family room features cathedral ceiling with skylights and wood burning fireplace, beautiful windows and glass doors leading onto generous deck and yard beyond. Flowing, open floor plan has two first floor living areas with lots of space and direct access to outside deck.
New custom kitchen with Wolf Cooktop and Shaws Original farm sink is a chef's delight. Dining room is a wonderful place to entertain with table that seats 8 and original built-in china cabinet. Wide board pine plank floors throughout.
Second floor features three bedrooms; master with queen bed, two twins and one double bed. Upstairs living room looks down on family room below, the perfect place to curl up with a good book on a quiet afternoon. Futon offers additional sleeping option.
NOTE: No pets, 7 night minimum Memorial Day through Labor Day.
