You're just 15 minutes from both Kennebunkport and Old Orchard Beach, and only 25 minutes from downtown Portland. The University of New England is within walking distance, making this a perfect option for visiting families, faculty, or students.

Absolutely wonderful property and lodging with accommodations. Lots of room inside and outside to spread out and be comfortable. Can't beat the location. 100 yds off a private beach. Very accessible to une campus as well. Owner is a pleasure to work with and attention to detail in the house is clearly evident. Recommend for a quality experience.

This is my third time renting from Kim… this property is amazing… always a calm relaxing time… away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to local attractions.Kim is always a responsive host, she offered great recommendations when needed. The home is also stocked with everything you need.

Beautifully decorated home, very clean and comfortable for our family of 7 adults and a baby. All of the family agreed that their favorite part of the vacation was just hanging out at the VRBO and playing games/watching movies because it was so comfortable and homey.We would have given 5 stars for everything but the listing was accidentally mislabeled as having a hot tub and there wasn’t one.Great communication with the owner, and loved all of the little touches to welcome us to their home. Would definitely stay here again!
