Located in the center of the magical Baia del Silenzio and a few steps from the Baia delle Favole, the apartment has been recently renovated. Extremely bright and quiet, it is located on the third floor of a building of the early 1900s, with characteristic Ligurian finishes, with a roof terrace that enjoys, on one side, a breathtaking view of one of the most beautiful corners of Liguria, on the other, with panoramic opening on the peninsula, on the roofs and on the most suggestive views of the town.
The apartment of 80 square meters. it consists of two bedrooms (one double with a sea view and one inside with two single beds), a living room overlooking the sea with sofa, TV and table for 6 people, a kitchen with fridge, washing machine, stove, electric oven and table for 4 people, a complete bathroom with shower and finally a hallway of the various rooms. Going up a flight of stairs or taking the elevator you access the solarium-terrace of about 80 square meters. equipped with an umbrella, two deck chairs and two tables with 4 chairs for eventual dinners. The terrace belongs exclusively to the apartment.
Leaving the building you are immediately immersed in city life: food and clothing stores, bars, pubs, pizzerias, pharmacy, fish market and weekly local market are a few tens of meters away.
The marina with the possibility of ferries to the Cinque Terre or sailing in trimaran is 100 meters from the house..
