About this apartment rental

Our apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, equipped with a large terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the Bay of Sestri Levante.
Our apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin with separable beds), a bathroom and a living room with a large kitchenette equipped with every comfort.
Furthermore, our apartment is close to the most important attractions of the city. In fact, it takes 10 minutes on foot to get to the sea and 20 to the city center full of clubs and restaurants.
We reserve a parking space for our guests which is located in our private parking at the foot of the access stairs (2 flights of stairs).
Included in the price are Wifi connection, linen and the tourist tax.

Clear communication leading up to the stay. Greeted by the family who showed us the place. Very warm welcome and willing to share local knowledge.Nice place, all you need is there. Nice and cool.The view ... the view ... just sit on the balcony all day. There is a fixed sun shade, keeping things cool. Fresh lemons under your nose. EPIC!NIce walk to the center, lots of restaurants and beach side bars. Very pleasant service in all places we visited. Nice shops a mix of groceries and local products. Try the foccacia Genovese. Amazing walks in the area, great vista's around every corner.We really enjoyed it. Thanks Luca!

A lovely place to stay for vacation. We really enjoyed the time there. Check-in and -out was very uncomplicated. The communication with the Luca and his family was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Whenever possible we would like to stay at this location again.

Yes, there are some steps to climb up there. But we were rewarded with a lovely and airy little house with great view over the bay. It is a lovely walk along the coastline to reach the old town for shopping and dining. The very kind and helpful Luca recommended il chiosco delle ragazze as bagno which was perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

We enjoyed out stay a lot. 10 minutes to the beach where you could take relaxingly long swims. The family Mineo is very kind, attentive and polite. We were picked up at the station which we appreciated a lot. The kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you very much for everything.

This is a beautiful property, with magnificent views of the bay. The unit itself is in very good shape, feeling at once cozy and also clean and tidy with plenty of room for the three of us (myself, husband and 9 year old daughter). This is indeed a special place to stay and part of what makes it so lovely is Donatella, the host- she is gracious and makes you feel welcome while also making communication with her easy as possible. I cannot say enough great things about this property- staying at this unit was a highlight of our Italian trip!

We have enjoyed 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. Good communication with Luca from the start. He very kindly picked us up from the station and took us to the supermarket on the way to the apartment and pointed out various things en route. Be warned there are steps which you are informed of in advance. Useful for combatting excesses of delicious local food and drink. However the fantastic view from the apartment is worth those steps. Divine. Good location short walk to the promenade and beach. Some excellent restaurants ,we ate somewhere different each evening. Friendly helpful locals everyone very chilled. Easy to get around by train also plenty of boat trips. We loved this place and would certainly recommend. Luca also took us back to the station before 7 am for our return journey. Thank you!

I spent a lovely week here with my husband and teenage daughter. The view of the town and bay is fantastic and is a perfect reward for climbing the stairs! The owners were very friendly and helpful; we were picked up and dropped off at the station and offered the use of three bikes and helmets which we would have loved to use, had it not been so hot!! The apartment has everything you need. The beach is a short walk and offers many beach bars. The Bay of Silence is equally appealing. The station isn't far and we visited various towns including Santa Marguerita where we got a boat to Portofino and Monterosso where we started exploring the Cinque Terre. We also enjoyed the annual fireworks display in Rapallo, which also has a great cable car offering fantastic views and a beautiful church at the top. Thursday night is music night in Sestri Levanti and we enjoyed a high standard of live music throughout the lively town.

I just spent 11 nights at this apartment with my husband and 2 children (5 yrs and 10 months). I was very impressed, particularly for the price. The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms, a large living area with kitchen and a nice bathroom. Perfect for a family of 4. The highlight is the terrace with wonderful views over sestri levante. The photos do not do the view justice and you can hear the sea too. The only downside was that the apartment is up a small hill and then another 2 flights of stairs which was very exhausting after a day out or evening meal. Particularly with a pram! However, we knew about the stairs before we came so was not surprised. It's also worth it for the wonderful view. Even though its 20min walk from the centre it's only 10mins to the nearest beach with great beach bars. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. Driving us to and from the station/next hotel. They also own the best pizza place in Sestri! I highly recommend this apartment.

This is a perfect place to stay. It is located close to the railway station from where Cinque Terre can be visited by train. But also Genua, Portofino and other beautifull places can easily be visited. It is some steep walking to reach the appartement, but the view is worth all the effort. The appartement is clean and cool and has all the neceassry things you need for a week or so. And very friendly people.

We stayed for 8 nights towards the end of September and enjoyed lovely sunny weather - average 23-25 degrees. The apartment is spacious and is in a quiet area.The view of the sea and the hills and the town from the lounge and the large terrace is so good. It is really worth the walk up the steep hill - and a good way of feeling virtuous that you have at least done a bit of exercise after all those pizzas with Gorgonzola! DOnatella and her son very kindly picked us up from the train station on arrival and also took us back to the station when we left. We liked Sestri very much - particularly the Bay of Silence beach and the clear sea which was certainly warm enough for swimming every day. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to come back to Sestri.

Together with my wife and our 2 sons, we've spent a great week in this completely equipped and comfortable house with big terrace. You have to walk a little bit uphill but you get rewarded for it by the fantastic sea view (I miss the breakfasts with sea view under the huge parasol). Friendly owners, 100% privacy. I didn't use my car. We've visited Cinque Terre and Camogli by train and Portofino/San Frutuosso Abbay by train/bus/boat, Sestri Levanti beach 10' walking distance. Great for cycling too (passo Bocco and Passo Cento Croci). Greetings From Edegem (Belgium)

We loved the apartment very much. It has all the necessary conveniences , and a fantastic view from the terrace. We also loved Sestri Levante- great old town, shops beaches and restaurants. In June it had mainly Italian holidaymakers, so I was able to practise my Italian. It also has very good connections to anywhere you want to go by train or boat. Close to Cinque Terre, Genova etc.. Wonderful!

Toller Ausblick auf die Märchenbucht. Leider hat der Ausblick seinen Preis. Das Gepäck muss eine beschwerliche Treppe hinauf und später wieder hinunter getragen werden. Aber es lohnt sich. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieterun ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Es sind ca. 10 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof und ca. 5 min zum Strand. Von hier aus kann man mit der Bahn sehr gut zu allen POI´s z.B. Cinque Terre fahren und kann das Auto stehen lassen.

Vom Ferienhaus hat man eine schöne Sicht über die Dächer, zur Bucht und übers Meer. Alles ist zu Fuß in Kürze erreichbar. Mit der Bahn kommt man überall bequem hin. Es gibt auch viele Wanderrouten, die etwas versteckt liegen und sehr schön sind.

We felt welcome by very friendly owners, always had a fast and fine communication. The house was clean, great attention to bedding and towels. Cleaning supplies are also available. Made regular use of the bicycles. Walk to the beach in 7 min. It is a fine sand/pebble beach. The view from the terrace was fantastic. Sestri Levante is a pleasant town, also from the house beautiful walks to Punta Manara and Sankt Anna. We had no problems with it, but dogs of the owner and neighbors bark regularly, you can also hear trains well because the station is nearby. We had a great stay!

Eine einfache Unterkunft mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und einer schönen Terrasse mit sagenhaftem Ausblick ( - nachdem man den Hügel und die 60 Treppenstufen erklommen hat...)! Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig zu erreichen und man kann die Gegend gut ohne Auto erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit & immer ansprechbar. Absolut zum Weiter empfehlen!

Tolle Oma-Wohnung mit Riesenterrasse über den Dächern der Stadt. Ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Sogar mit Waschmaschine, was wir im Inserat gar nicht gesehen hatten. Die herzlichen Gastgeber hatten wir nur bei An- und Abreise gesehen. Dafür gab es einen Extra-Beutel mit Zitronen für unseren Kleinen auf den Weg. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und dann nehmen wir auch die Fahrräder 😉

Wir verbrachten hier eine tolle Herbstwoche. Uns war es hier vom ersten Moment an wohl und wir kommen schon im Frühling wieder! Sehr schönes Feriendomizil: In der Anhöhe am Rande von Sestri Levante gelegen, mit wunderbarem Stadt- und Meerblick, ruhig mit grosser, sehr gemütlicher Terrasse, Fahrräder, mit denen wir schnell ins Zentrum radeln konnten, einfache, aber zweckmässig ausgestattete Zimmer, kostenloser Taxishuttle vom Bahnhof zur Ferienwohnung, sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, sehr liebenswerte Vermieter! Ein grosses Dankeschön und wir freuen uns bereits auf den Frühling!

Wir waren drei Wochen in der Hauptsaison in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Steigung und die Treppe zur Wohnung fanden wir halb so schlimm. Wir genossen die Ruhe auf der Terrasse, während in Sestri selber bis in die Abend Stunden Trubel war. Das schöne ist, dass wir mit dem Rad schnell im Ort waren, aber die Wohnung selber total ruhig und ländlich eine Ruheoase ist. Ab und zu hört man den Zug, den haben wir aber nicht als störend empfunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, dabei aber angenehm zurückhaltend. Wir danken für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Conosco da anni sestri ma non questo angolo di paese. Posizione e vista al top. L’appartamento c è la guadagnarselo per raggiungerlo ma poi si è largamente appagati dal panorama che si gode dalla terrazza. Appartamento super accessoriato , non lussuoso ma super pulito. Ringrazio i proprietari anche se avrei preferito farlo di persona alla partenza. Spero siano arrivate le chiavi delle bici.
