This incredible 1-bedroom apartment is located in the Old Town, at the top of Fishermen's Beach. It is a short distance from major attractions, such as beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, pharmacy and shops. It is set within a complex with a swimming pool.

This one-bedroom apartment in Albufeira's Old Town is bright and airy, decorated with a light summer feel and comfort for holidays throughout the year. It has a spacious living room with TV and Internet and a dining area for up to 4 people and provides access to the open terrace with a fantastic sea view.
The terrace has outdoor dining for 4 people, an awning and sun loungers. It also has an exclusive shaded private garden, ideal for small children to play safely or relax under the stars.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. The bedroom is very large and includes a large double bed and 2 single beds.
The rental rate includes towels, bed linen, cleaning on arrival and departure, and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Towels and bed linen are changed every 7 days.
Although we do not accept groups of young people under 25 years of age, exceptions can be made provided that guests accept and comply with the house rules.
Tourist Tax: the payment of the Tourist Tax is mandatory by law. Please ensure that payment is made. Thank you.

The apartment was ideal for us very clean and spacious. The terrace was great became very lazy not needing to move from the lougers and only 5 mins down to the town.would definitely stay again a home from home.

Lots of space to spread out. Comfy beds, nice to have a kitchen but I think the frying pans should be replaced.
Overall, great communication, great location and we would definitely stay here again!
