With a prime location just two minutes’ walk from the iconic Fisherman's Beach, this accommodation is perfect for family holidays, getaways with friends, or extended stays in the sun. The apartment has been recently renovated and is fully equipped to provide a comfortable and practical stay, featuring two welcoming bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and dining area, air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully fitted kitchen with all necessary utensils, a washing machine, and a balcony with an urban view – ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.
Its central location places you within walking distance of terraces, traditional restaurants, bars, and local shops, offering a truly authentic Algarve experience. The area has a lively atmosphere, especially during the summer months, with music and activity until late, making this the ideal spot for those seeking a vibrant and energetic setting.
Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 25 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of €500 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.
