About this apartment rental
Large spacious and light filled three bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. South facing with floor to ceiling windows this apartment is and furnished to a very high spec. With two bathrooms, one en suite and a fully fitted kitchen with modern, new appliances, this apartment has everything a large group or family needs for a fabulous self catering holiday. Centrally located the many various bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and minimarkets are within meters walk of this apartment, just one of three in this private block. Both beaches in the old town are within an easy walk as is the taxi rank right in front and the stop for the little tourist train which runs regularly from the old town to the Strip. Although the apartment doesnt have a private balcony, there is a terrace just outside the door of the apartment which is shared with the next door apartment, has table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers, a great place to sunbath, meet new people etc. This is a really great choice for a group of friends or the larger family.

This was the first time we stayed in an apartment, location perfect for us, spotless clean and had absolutely everything you need inside. Claudia fabulous host who answered any questions and communication first class, would recommend to anyone who likes the old town and are already booking again for next year

Property was excellent but had no sleep for twelve nights as the music was excessively loud from 10 am until 5 am with hen and stag parties EVERY night, unfortunately the doors and shutters do not keep out the noise as mentioned on other reviews, if you want to party all night this would be ideal place to stay. We had earplugs and we could still hear everything, plus you could also feel the vibrations from the rave music.
