About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the bright and quaint condominium of Clube do Monaco in the Old Town of Albufeira. The location is only 200 meters from Fisherman’s Beach (Praia dos Pescadores) and a 5 minutes’ walk from the Main Square where daytime, evening, and late night entertainment abound.
As well as a communal swimming pool with a generous offering of sunbeds on the lower floor, there is a special rooftop on the uppermost floor that gives you unspoiled views of the Atlantic Ocean and the whole of the old center of Albufeira.
The apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, wine glasses, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board, etc. Both bathrooms are renovated with modern walk-in showers.
The bedrooms have large wardrobes for neatly storing all clothing items. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, and stylish and comfortable dining furniture makes for a special experience when supping in situ.
A foldable bed is available for a 5th guest.
One bath, hand and beach towel is provided per guest. All beds are dressed with linen appropriate to the season. Extra towels and linen, as well as mid-stay cleans, are available at an additional cost.
Low-cost airport transfers and cot and high-chair rental can be offered on request.
Street parking is available but very limited. A nearby municipally-managed parking lot, 150 metres from the complex, offers parking for €45.00 per week.

The condo is perfectly situated for all the good things about Albufeira. It is a 5 minute walk to the escalators to the beach and to Old Town. Old Town has many restaurants and bars and interesting shops you will want to explore. It is also very handy to the Tourist Train which will take you on a tour of the Albufeira area.

Beautiful apartment. Exactly as shown in photos. A nice distance away from the party strip in albufeira, but close enough to the beach and wonderful shops/restsurants. Loved every minute !

Perfect location for Albufeira Old Town. Shops, bars and cafes near by within a few minutes walk. Beautiful sea view was lovely to wake up to. Excellent service from holiday let team.
