Location, cleanliness and the owner was very quick to respond.
The garage system did not work for us. We needed to enter the building and garage on the inside to press the button to open garage. Quite annoying.

Pros:
* Spotlessly clean and very well equipped
* Excellent location – only a few minutes walk to the beach
* Apartment split over two levels, which gave a great sense of space
* Both bedrooms had balconies with stunning ocean views
* Beach towels and umbrellas available in storage
* Rooftop pool was clean and well maintained
* Pool towels provided
* Washing machine worked very well + washing pods included
* Plenty of towels for a comfortable stay
Cons:
* No proper welcome pack (an opened bottle of port was left, which was a little disappointing)
* Some noise from nearby bars in the evenings, particularly on Saturday night
