Apartment 1 ground floor 60 m² (max. 7 people):
1 bedroom with double bed, 1 kitchen with additional stove and cozy corner bench, 1 living room with 2 sleeping facilities, bathroom and toilet separately, south-facing terrace with garden furniture and small garden.
An additional, comfortably furnished bedroom in the annex has 1 double bed and 1 single bed on approx. 17 m².
The apartment also has its own ski and ski boot room.
In winter, guests can choose from over 250 kilometers of slopes, which are included in the Lungo ski pass. The entrance to the ski area on the 'Speiereck' is only 500 meters away and it is only 100 meters to the next stop of the ski bus included in the Lungo ski pass. The ski bus goes to all ski areas in the Lungau.
