Ruim en nieuw appartement, prima verblijf maar éénmalig
De ruime opzet van het appartement. De bedden en ook de ruime slaapbank in de woonkamer, die werkelijk heerlijk slaapt. Kwaliteit van het appartement niks op aan te merken maar wel kil, hoewel er geprobeerd is het middels wat goedkope decoratie op te leuken. Ligging van het appartement tov skigebieden Katschberg en Aineck in het midden is goed en beiden met auto binnen 10 min bereikbaar. Let wel; wanneer parkeren bij Katschberg kunnen sneeuwkettingen nodig zijn of je moet met de Skibus. Skibus op 7 minuten doorstappen met snowboards schoenen. Met skischoenen bus net te ver en dan parkeren bij de openbare parkeerplaatsen in de kaltbachstrasse waar ook de bus vertrekt naar aineck en Katschberg of Au . Vroeg de bus pakken anders parkeerplaatsen bezet.
Keuken niet van alle gerei voorzien die je zou verwachten. Ovenschaal en schaar ontbreken, ovenwanten ontbreken, mogelijkheid tot goed scheiden van het afval ontbreekt. Drie afvalbakken waarvan 2 voor rest en 1 voor bio-afval en geen glascontainer. Dat voor een bezetting van 4 appartementen a 6 personen( maximale capaciteit in topseizoenskiweek is 24) is te weinig. Het zelfde geldt voor het hete water in de douche. Per appartement niet mogelijk voor meer dan drie mensen heet water te hebben als alle appartementen bezet zijn, niet zo fijn na een dag op de piste, dit zal in de zomer anders zijn. Appartement top 2 en 3 liggen tov de drukke autoweg beter dan 1 en 4. Lawaai van de auto’s en sneeuwschuivers is goed te horen. Appartementen worden zuiver gebruikt voor de verhuur. Alles via AI communiceren maakt het onpersoonlijk en bij melding van dingen krijg je een standaard antwoord. Niet de gebruikelijk warme Oostenrijkse sfeer zoals je gewend bent.

Veľmi pekné ubytovanie, radi sa vrátime
Veľmi pekné a priestranné ubytovanie všetci mali dosť priestoru. Skvelo vybavená kuchyňa.
Chýbali nám vešiaky na osušky v kúpeľni a matrace v spálni boli príliš mäkké.

Celkově moc pěkný apartmán. Všechno bylo čisté, kuchyň dobře vybavená! Bylo tam teploučko. Vypadá, že je vše nové:)))
Skibusy od ubytování jezdí jen v 8.25h a 9.25h - to se ještě dá nakombinovat,, abyste se dostali do Ainecku, ale zpět jezdí taky jen 2 - časy už nevím... (14.40h nebo 16.10h myslím) to je příjezd k ubytovně. Ale chápu to - tímhle směrem je menší počet chat, takže by to bylo zbytečné. My jsme jezdili autem na Aineck - je to asi 10minut. Moc pěkné středisko! Doporučuji:)))

udoben, lepo urejen apartma
oprema apartmaja, čistoča, bližina tekaških in smučarskih prog, velik in pokrit parkirni prostor, bližina supermarketa.
pogrešali smo sušilnico za smučarsko opremo, za smučarsko področje kot je St. Michael, obvezna oprema vsakega apartmaja.

Nový, priestranný, čistý a veľmi pekne zariadený apartmán.
Všetko bolo podľa očakávaní. Veľmi priestranný, čistý, nový apartmán v peknom prostredí, blízko lyžiarskeho strediska. Totálna spokojnosť.
Bolo trochu zložité zaplatiť rezervačný poplatok, nezvyčajný spôsob, ale nakoniec sa to podarilo a ubytovateľ rýchlo reagoval a dal nám inštrukcie.

Heerlijk nieuw appartement
Fijne bedden, schoon, warm en net appartement. Heerlijke bank die je kan uitklappen, waar je lekker met 4 personen lang uit kan liggen na een dagje skiën.
Koffiemachine waar koffiecups in moeten die je niet bij de Billa kan kopen.

Krásný nový apartmán, vše ponruce, samostatné místo pro kola pro každý apartmán. Super komunikace, včetně Lungau card.
