This fantastic, new holiday home is nestled in the mountains of the Lungau. The cosy and comfortably furnished holiday home is located on a hill in the village of St. Margarethen im Lungau. The immediate proximity to the most marvellous hiking trails and approx. 500 m to the ski slope is ideal. The beautiful house has a spacious living-dining room with cable TV, wood-burning stove. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a nice, well-kept holiday. There is also a small seating area in the kitchen, which is ideal for a quick breakfast. On the ground floor you will find a guest WC and a shower room with SAUNA and washbasin, as well as a hairdryer. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, each with TV and balcony. There is also another bathroom on the upper floor with a whirlpool bath, shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The outdoor area includes a large terrace with garden, lounge furniture and an additional seating area, as well as a barbecue, sun loungers and a parasol. There are 2 car parking spaces available for our guests. Important: Non-smoking house! We also rent to fitters / workers welcome.
