Overall great, but avoid the ground floor

Ski in/out location, so it's definitely very convenient. Exceptionally clean inside the apartment. Spacious and well equipped (stove, dishwasher, water kettle..).Parking provided. Finish sauna available every day.

The apartment (number 2) was not the one on the booking pictures. Not that it was that much worse (it was even slightly bigger), but still, you make a reservation based on what you see. It was right next to the reception desk, so you can hear literally everything from outside. For the most part, that didn't bother us since we were out most of the day, but when people come back late at night from the bar (drunk of simply dont know there is a room there) yell and wake you up (it happened 2 nights out of 7). The same thing happens early in the morning (one day ignorant people let their kid yell at 6 AM for 30 mins while waiting at the reception, the other day some piercing sound (like someone is packaging something in paper bags or whatever) again at 6 AM. So this was the main minus, and if you are a light sleeper, avoid the ground floor. If not, then no worries. Some say having to walk outside to the sauna is a minus as well, but as you can see on the picture it is no more than 50 meters, so i dont see that as a problem at all.

Exceptional

Excellent location right next to the ski pist in town "center", with a few restaurants within 100m, as well as a small store. Very friendly and nice staff. Very nice and cozy apartment with all that one needs for a ski vacation... The elevator to the third floor was very convenient after a day full of skiing and when dragging luggage. There's a ski rental shop with nice staff within the building, which is superconvinient. It was my second stay at Speckalm, and certainly not the last one.

Absolutely superb!

Everything was brilliant. With the space of about 100 sq.m, our flat (the "Almrausch") was spacious enough for our bigger family group, we could fit in without problems. It was also perfectly equipped with state-of-the art appliances, we particularly enjoyed the dishwasher, which is still not a standard everywhere. The flat was also sparkly clean and very comfortable. Last but not least, our top reason for choosing this accommodation was its location - we totally enjoyed the ski-to-door possibility!

One bedroom didn't have a true window, just a window with some sort of shaft behind. So there was no daylight, nor fresh air in that room (luckily, the lads who stayed there didn't complain much about that). And there was one more thing that we missed in the flat - there was no microwave. That was a bit inconvenient, because we were there with two small kids. However, this wasn't a big deal for us, everything else was really fantastic.

Skiing on Katschberg

Really very bad internet connection, lack of sound insulation, constant noise from the hallway and the ski room, in the apartment for 6 people was a mini bathroom, kitchen insufficient dishes, small fridge. A security deposit (100 Euro) is required upon arrival without any information on Booking. com.

Nagyon jó szállás, jövőre is itt leszünk!

Második alkalommal voltunk itt, azért jöttünk ismét ide, mert nagyon tetszik a központi elhelyezkedés, a kilátás, a tisztaság, a tulajdonos rugalmas hozzáállása a késői érkezéshez is és a kiskutyánkat is szívesen fogadják. Biztos, hogy jövőre is ezt a szállást választjuk. Ár-érték arányban is nagyon megfelelt.

Zentral und direkt an der Piste

Lage, Sauna / Wellnessbereich (nicht direkt anbei, aber modern und sauber, Skistall top. Appartement hell, modern und sauber.

An ein paar grundlegende Ausstattungen (Verbrauchsmaterial) musste man leider selbst denken und diese nachträglich besorgen. Ziemlich hellhöriges Gebäude.

Ugodan i topli boravak

Smjestaj je na samom skijalistu. Doslovce izlazite sa skijama iz apartmana. Jako uredno. Svidio nam je se ormaric s drustvenim igrama za nasu djecu. Ski spremiste dostupno, cisto i grijaci rade na "full". Apartman je bio ugodan, osjecaj kao da smo u vlastitom domu. Kuhinja je sadržavala osnovnu opremu. Dovoljno toplo iako su vanka bili minusi. Preporucamo svakako i vidimo se ponovo.

Jastuci su bili pre mekani.

Appartamento nuovo e molto grande, tre camere spaziose (due con balcone), un bagno completo, uno con doccia e lavandino ed uno con wc e lavandino. Arredato in stile baita, tutto in legno, veramente carino e con tutto il necessario.

Bella struttura!

La struttura è bella, nello stile austriaco con tanti fiori sui balconi. Appartamento pulitissimo e ben arredato. Bagno grande e spazioso.

Purtroppo il nostro appartamento non corrispondeva alla foto al momento della prenotazione. Non c'era il balcone e la cucina era senza finestra!

Voor winter een aanrader. Voor de zomer toch wel wat prijzig.

De ligging en het appartement was schoon. Mooie inrichting. Vraag bij aankomst direct de Katschbergkarte aan, waarmee je korting krijgt voor sommige activiteiten in de omgeving. Kan me voorstellen dat dit een geweldige locatie en accomodatie is in de winter, vanwege de centrale ligging en de bereikbaarheid van de pistes. Voor de zomer qua activiteiten toch erg beperkt en prijzig.

We hadden appartement 5. Deze had een keuken/woonkamer, zonder uitzicht. Dit vinden we erg jammer. Alleen vanuit de slaapkamers was er zicht op de straat. De balkons zijn er niet op ingericht om gezellig buiten te zitten. We konden heel goed de douche van de buren horen.

Csodás napok a Speckalm apartmanházban

Nagyon szép, tiszta, hangulatos, ízlésesen berendezett, magas színvonalú apartmanban voltunk. Csodás volt a kilátásunk! Kutyust is hozhattunk! Nagyon kedves és figyelmes fogadtatásban volt részünk, Ingrid asszonynak köszönjük a fogadó italt és a búcsú ajándékot is, nagyon finom volt! Legközelebb is idejövünk!

Csak két dolog hiányzott nekünk a jól felszerelt (mosogatógép is volt!) konyhából, az egyik a mikrosütő, az ételek melegítéséhez jó lett volna és egy piritóssütő is.
