Wonderful place for holiday stay with family and friends, pets friendly! We definitely recommend!

We really liked the location of the property, the sunning views of the nearby town and the mountains and the proximity to the slope. The apartment was clean nad cozy, well equipped, although the beds, nad especially a sofa were not so comfy as we'd hoped. We came with our kids and a dog so we really appreciated path for daily walks in a nearby forest.

We didn't like the smell in the apartment when we arrived, although it disappeared on the other day. The sofa was quite uncomfortable, what I've already mentioned. No other lacks or disappointments. :)

Really clean, with everything you need

The room has everything you need, and is pristinely clean. Don’t expect luxury, but if you come here for the skiing, it will be perfect. The piste (a black one, however it isn’t that difficult) is about 3 minutes away, and from there you can reach any lift. The hospitality was amazing! Also, don’t be afraid of the conventional woodstove, you can ask for an electric one at the reception.

Not coming back

Location

The fact that we got a room with a toilet dislocated from the room in a corridor without heating while being there with 3 small children. One of our children found a jar of lube in his bed. Also... We only found three forks In a 6 person room. We had to put the linen on our bed ourselves which was not as bad as the fact that we needed to remove the dirty ones that were still on beds. After paying 150 euros for bed sheets some of them were ripped and dirty... All in all unforgettable experience

Disappointing

Excellent location, great view Our hosts were not available, did not answer the phone or messages at all, there was a lack of towels, sheets, there was no one to talk to, luckily the neighbor helped us. We will never return to this place.

Big and comfortable apartment, 1 minute walk to a ski slope. Great view. Kitchen well equipped, but no pan for frying eggs :)

The smell in the bathroom. It took me some time to figure out that hot/cold water in the shower is switched, so if you switch it to red, you actually get really cold water and vice versa.

Pleasant

we were received by a kind gentleman. he escorted us to the apartment. I was immediately amazed because I had a reserved studio with a balcony and we got an apartment with a separate bedroom. It was supposed to be better, but the apartment was right on top, in an attic without a balcony, in an older building. equipment is correct, but outdated, very hard beds, pillows are to be replaced. I was amazed to learn that towels need to be rented. Price 8 €. the house is practically next to the ski slope, you drive to the house, you have your own parking space, about 50 m from the piste. You can order fresh bread for the next day. The price is reasonable. Anyway, nice weekend, good rating.

location was perfect for us, far from crowded center of Katschberg, practically on-piste. only transport we used all weekend was skis and few metars of walking towards restorant next door. inspite high temperatures pists was very good.

Gute Unterkunft für Leute die den Tag auf der Piste verbringen möchten und denen eine einfache Unterkunft genügt

Gute Lage direkt in Pistennähe, ca. 2 Minuten in Skistiefeln. Schöne Bergaussicht.

Leider war das Bett( Matratze, Lattenrost) ziemlich durch.

Nem túl modern, nem túl tágas, de hangulatos és nagyon jó helyen van.

Az elhelyezkedés egészen príma, igazi pályaszállás, csak pár lépést kell gyalog megtenni a sípályáig. Kedvesen fogadtak minket és a szállás elhagyása is zökkenőmentes volt.

Az fürdőszoba megoldás kicsit furcsa, gyakorlatilag az előtérben van a zuhany, a mosdó pedig a hálószobában.

Der telefonische Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und das Bett sehr bequem. Waren eine Nacht hier auf der Reise nach Kroatien.

Basis voor een nachtje op doorreis.

Voor een nachtje op doorreis wel oké, maar het is behoorlijk gedateerd en erg klein als de slaapbank uitgeklapt is. Ze waren het andere gebouw aan het renoveren, dat doen ze goed en is ook echt nodig. Ontbijt is er niet, maar we hebben lekker avond gegeten bij de buren en die hebben ook ontbijt

Erg gedateerd. De handdoeken roken niet fris en zijn echt aan vervanging toe en ook in het huis zelf rook het muf. Er ontbraken basiszaken zoals een prullenbak en de gebruikte poetsspullen stonden nog in een hoekje.

Matig appartement, maar op een mooie plek met heerlijk balkon.

De slaapkamer is netjes met een goed bed. Mooi uitzicht. Ruim balkon waarop je heerlijk kunt zitten. De host praat goed Engels.

Slechte wifi. Het appartement, met name de badkamer, leek vochtig te zijn. De keuken is heel matig. Er is geen afzuigkap. De variatie aan pannen is zeer beperkt. Er zijn geen basics, zoals handdoek, vaatdoek, zout, peper en olie. De slaapbank is niet bepaald comfortabel. Het duurde steeds opnieuw ~10 minuten voordat er warm water in de keuken en douche was. De instructies voor het inchecken klopten niet. Er is geen goede raamverduistering voor 's nachts. Er is geen bureau in tegenstelling tot de advertentie.

Brötchenservice, Sauberkeit, Betten sehr bequem, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, Räumlichkeiten schön warm, schöner Ausblick, toller Sonnenschein, ruhig gelegen

Wetter war zu warm, direkt an der Piste 100m, Asphalt, Abfahrt nur auf schwarzer Piste. Zu schwer für Anfänger und Kinder; TV dürfte größer sein, Geschirrspüler nicht überall drin.
