About this house rental
Great location! Cozy home with a mid-century flair in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Sarasota. Family friendly home with a fenced in back yard. The home is close to all the great things Sarasota has to offer- museums, gardens, theaters, shopping, bayfront, and beaches. The home is about a 15 minute walk to downtown, a 10 minute drive to St. Armands and Lido Key, and a 20 minute drive to Siesta Key beach. The home is also in walking distance from Payne Park and the Legacy Trail. This is great for biking and walking. One dog will be considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $150.

We needed to move out of our house for a few days while it was under AC construction. The host of this VRBO was responsive and gracious enough to allow our pets and a late check out. The house was decorated nicely, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, olive oil, and a few spices. The house had a cute outdoor space as well. Highly recommend staying here!

We had the best time ever! Leslie was so nice and quick to respond to correspondence. She was very sweet to leave lights on for us because we were arriving late and left some good coffee and wine for us as well.
The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed - games, books, extra towels, kitchen supplies for lots of cooking, etc. We especially enjoyed spending time on the lanai - coffee and breakfast in the mornings and games in the evenings. The house furnishings were inviting and comfortable, the place was spotlessly clean, and the house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was also just a few blocks from my parents' house, so very convenient for us!
