We had an amazing time at this property during our spring break week with family. The house was spotless, spacious, and recently updated. It had a fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful backyard with seating, perfect for evenings. The location was central to beaches and attractions, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our second time here. The house is clean, well-appointedWe thoroughly enjoyed our second time renting this house. The outside deck is a lovely place for breakfast and reading later in the day. In just a few minutes, we were in Sarasota to enjoy events and many wonderful restaurants. Beaches are close by and we used the property's beach chairs and cooler for perfect sunny days!

Charming coastal decor, clean and well appointed. Under 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. Easy walk to Legacy Trail and pretty Payne Park.

We had a blast in this wonderful clean well equipped home. Pam Sefrino was an awesome host with quick responses to all our needs. Nice clean quiet neighborhood we loved it! We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks Pam Sefrino.
