As you enter through the main door, you will be welcomed by a luminous open floor plan - showcasing a breakfast bar and nook, and a comfortable sectional sofa.
★Living Area:
The spacious living room has a large sectional couch, coffee table and a smart TV.
You will feel just at home in this serene environment.
★Kitchen:
You will find the open kitchen with quartz countertops, and appliances: such as a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, a Keurig, and more.
Pods and trash bags are provided to start you off.
★Dining:
Through the breakfast nook, you will find the dining area that comfortably seats 4.
★Den:
The den just off the dining room features another couch and arm chair.
★Bedrooms:
The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a closet, bathroom access, backyard access via the sliding glass doors, and a wall-mounted Smart TV.
The first guest bedroom: two twin beds, bedside tables with lamps, and a closet.
The second guest bedroom: queen-sized bed, bedside table with lamp, smart TV, closet, and guest bathroom access.
Bedsheets provided.
★Bathrooms:
Master: ensuite with a sink with vanity space, and an elegant walk-in shower.
The first guest bathroom: a walk-in shower, and sink with storage.
The second guest bathroom: a tub/shower combo, and a sink with vanity space and storage.
★Outdoor Space:
The sliding doors next to the dining area allow access to the patio and spacious fenced-in backyard, where there's a table and four chairs perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing.
★Parking:
The garage has space for one car, and the roundabout style driveway offers multiple parking spaces for additional vehicles.
★Laundry:
A full sized washer & dryer are available for use in the garage.

Payne Park: 4 min drive
Siesta Key Beach: 20 min drive

The home is lovely inside and more spacious than it would appear. It could easily be a four bedroom if the study is used. The manager was so responsive and kind. He even came over to help me load my car when I couldn't quite manage it all! He was quick to ask if we needed anything. I recommend the home and would gladly return.
