About this apartment rental
Doyle's Beach & Boardwalk is a collection of 7 beachfront condominiums in Newport Beach, CA. Located 4 houses away from the Newport Pier, you wont find a better location central to all the greatest eating, playing, and shopping on the peninsula. This rental, Abigail, is located on the 1st floor of 2004 W Oceanfront Newport Beach, CA 92663. This rental comes with 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use. If needed, we can hook you up with the local bike shops so you can set up some rentals if wanted.
You will have the whole 1st floor including the porch out front. There is also a free laundry room located in the building behind you for your use. We will have a manager on-site to help with check in and check outs. The manager's numbers can be found on the fridge, are on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are literally hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) First booked, first reserved. But we believe the best way to experience Newport is by bike and boardwalk!
To ensure cleanliness, all of our linens come freshly wrapped from a linen service. Sheets and linens for the bathrooms will be wrapped on your bed upon arrival.

We absolutely LOVED the location and being able to look out our window and see the beach. The property was clean, and comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. The location was perfect, right off the boardwalk and walkable to everything. The place was older but clean and had all the amenities. Having the garage parking and extra street parking was an added bonus and made it a great stay not worrying about parking. It was so convenient. We did hear the people upstairs a few times, heavy feet but being on the Boardwalk and central location was worth it. Definitely worth another stay in the future. Highly recommend.

In general we had a great time, below are our thoughts:1, Great location. On the sand, close to all the action spots in Newport2, Super clean, we rented the bottom floor and it was spotless3, Staff was very helpful, from the moment we got there until I recieved a call from them that we had forgotten something. Very proffecional!The only negative was that the laundry was shared and across the parking lot. (I was used to haveing it in the last unit I rented).4, we will rent this unit again!
