Duplex apartment of 75m2, renovated and equipped to nine in 2014.
Close to many winter and summer recreation:
    - 50 m of the second ski area in the valley (Flégère / Brévent).
- 100 m cross-country ski trail.
- 150 m from the Chamonix Golf (18 holes, courses and internships).
- Departure of hiking 100m.
- Children's Park at 300 m (Ponies, playground ...).

150m to shops (Grocery, Restaurant and coffee, equipment rental (ski, bike ...) Newspapers / tobacco).

Close to public transport (bus 50m, 100m station).

The duplex includes:
On the ground floor:
  - 1 large open living room of 26m2 with 6m2 balcony and views of Mont Blanc, including:
      - A living room (equipped with full HD TV 40 '', Internet WIFI).
- A fitted kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue).
- A dining room for 8 people.

A cellar / private ski storage (5m2) and 1 private parking space are available.

All equipment (household appliances, television), furniture and bedding (mattresses, sheets ...) are new (changed in 2014).
