Origami Porto Residência & Hostel

The staff was very friendly and attentive to the guests' needs. We were able to book the parking without problems and we liked the location of the hostel. The fruit plate for breakfast was impressive.

The cleanliness of the place could be better and the fact that the bathroom is outside of the room is probably not the best solution for the couple travellers. There was no ventilation in the bathroom which makes things unpleasant if you're staying for more than 2 days.

The best hostel we’ve stayed in. Very friendly and welcoming and included a delicious breakfast every morning. Very clean bedrooms, living room areas, kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Only 5 bedrooms for 2 people each. In a fantastic location literally 2 tram stops away or a 15 minute walk from the famous King Luis bridge and Douro river valley for port tasting, markets, stunning views, sunset views and boat trips. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you.

The host was very hospitable and friendly. However the bathroom is shared which i wasn’t aware of!! Nonetheless good experience 😊

Shared bathroom, too little space in the common areas to host multiple guests. An idea to serve the breakfast in the common living room rather than the tiny kitchen as it’s too small for different guests to sit together or access anything.
